very happy to have this gluten-free bakery with me. no refined sugar. perfect. I didn't try everything (yes, but love the cream cheese and spinch rolls. the gf croissants are also excellent, they only have to preorder. the brot is also very good. thanks romeo!

I LOVE this place! Can't speak highly enough of it. As someone into health and fitness I've been hoping to find somewhere doing healthy desserts (keto, paleo, gluten free etc.. for quite a while. Then to find a place and the desserts be absolutely gorgeous, is a real bonus. Some of the nicest cakes I've had, full stop. Also, the owner, Romeo, is a great character and really nice guy. I actually look forward to coming here of a weekend. Enjoy

I and my hubby are always looking for places that serve sugar-free dessert and were glad to have found this in london. all they serve is sugar-free and they also have a lot of dressings that are gluten-free. I enjoyed her cappuccino, who was quite strong and was made with her secret sugar free nectar. blueberry cheesecake and vegan carrot cake were both super delicious. the prices are little on a higher side, but then I think that such places are not of interest to everyone. I've been refined sugar free for over 3 years now and so spotting this sugar free outlet was a pleasant surprise. We were in a rush so did not try as many cakes as we wished but without a doubt the savoury items were the best. There are plenty of vegan options and the cheesy spinach pastry roll was a delight. The chocolate brownie was however a complete waste of time. dry, tasteless and dull. The prices are as one might expect on Upper Street islington, damn expensive. like most people I had the absolutely bad experience with them! blinded by false ads on their website, I do not regret reading reviews thoroughly before placing an order. I was looking for a sugar-free cake for my wife's birthday, and I gave a job on her website for her instructions and let her know about the delivery date, etc. in the ordering documents.
