"We were in the hotel restaurant Schönblick on the business in Wüstenrot. And why the kitchen delivered so fast, I was allowed to taste at dinner. Despite the desire “medium” the rust roast was completely cooked. I also didn’t catch “the wrong one”, because I heard all the way gratebread was ordered the word “medium” in the insult text. No, he wasn't tough. The rust roast had quality. But he also had another: almost hardly any spice. It wasn't different in the supplement salad. A potato salad of excellent consistency but it certainly did not see the spice shelf from the vicinity. Since one was invited, the answer to the demand whether it would have tasted, or whether it would have been right, was placed quite holding back. I mentioned that the rust roast had been through. She perceived it. More likely not... Well, if I get into the corner privately, I know how it tastes here. More than two stars. And that against the background that it is probably a restaurant recommended by Schlemmer Atlas 2012 and 2014. Now I know what I can keep from such restaurant guides. Resume: food was qualitatively very good, but spices and the right point seem to lead a shadow existence. Conclusion: It is clean and well maintained here. In some places you can recognize the age. The guest room is very pleasant and friendly. But the food is very tasty. It's not pulling me here anymore. Even if you don’t put the gifted pale in’s ....... After a kitchen trip: the 2 – hardly again 1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it turns out again, 4 – happy again, 5 – definitely again PS: since the evening was for Lau and I was on my way with colleagues, there are no pictures of the food. I ordered fresh vegetables with creamy ampignons with homemade late zle for 14.90 euro and got a big teller with clearly arranged vegetables, plus a small bowl with late zle, which were very bright, had no bite and probably had very few eggs to come. carrots, asparagus and co. were crisp and tasty, but dust-dry, only the cauliflower had something soaking in itself. the rahmchampignons had not even guided through the frame. the crowning of the plate under the rubric for vegetarian, but were the green beans. they were served in a spectrophoto. to my question whether, as only the usual suspects of red wine varieties should be chosen (tl, trollinger, lemberger) they also had Italian weeping, the answer was given to me by one of them who had been officially called back: we are here in a German wine-growing area! the other staff were friendly and accommodating. I celebrated my birthday there. it is an already decorated fish restaurant. the personal is always under stress, they can tell them well, they often have to wait quite long. the food there tasted delicious. as a birthday gift I have a voucher from the restaurant."
