Beautiful food, stunning location, excellent friendly but unintrusive service. enough said.

The service at the restaurant was welcoming, though a bit slow. The food was delicious but not revolutionary.

I am sad that I didn't ask the barmans name but did thank him sincerely for his help advice. He made it a perfect start to our pre theatre meal relaxation.

disappointed that the online menu was not available in the restaurant. a broad steak chonce was expected. update their website! service and eating was great however.

Waitresses were extremely attentive and helpful. Food was beautifully cooked, very tasty and well presented. This was our first visit and we were most impressed. We will certainly be back.

Went for a bite before going to the cinema, bar food menu was good value, food was tasty good service, although the waitress did seem to hover a lot, not sure if that was because we were the only group in the restaurant or she thought we would do a runner!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is decent, and the location is good. However, the loud music from the bar after 9pm ruined the atmosphere of the restaurant. They should either partition the restaurant better for later in the evening or lower the volume of the music, as it's not a club. Despite this, I would still recommend the food and service.

Generally it was ok. The food was of a decent standard and the staff friendly but the restaurant was empty and the outside area was just dreary...rows of black tables and concrete slabs with a pile of rubbish in the corner. It needed lighting and plants. This was the first time we'd eaten here and it confirmed that Saltwater is still more of a late night bar with an outdoor smoking area than a restaurant.

A Friday night, only us in the restaurant really, one other couple came in later. Food could have been lovely, however my starter was tasty but cold. Main meal, was gnocchi which again was tasty but very undercooked. My partners chicken breast seemed like preformed chicken. Desserts of fudge brownie and crumble were both rock hard in places like they d just been nuked in the microwave, fudge brownie was really uneatable. Although we mentioned issues at the time, I felt like the waitress was so nice that I didnt have the heart to over the top complain, plus we were both hungry!!
