"Locale elegante e confortevole; rispettoso delle regole conseguenti a questa (maledetta) pandemia. Sala ampia e luminosa, con suggestivo sguardo sui fitti vigneti che circondano il cono sul quale sorge il borgo che ospita il ristorante. Pulizia ineccepibile, anche (e soprattutto) nei servizi igienici. Accoglienza cordiale da parte di personale professionale e sorridente (lo dicono gli occhi sopra la mascherina).Carta della cucina breve, ma ricchissima di intriganti curiosità. Alla fine ti rendi conto che la scenografia delle portate, ancorché colorata e perfettamente allestita nel piatto, lascia tutto il dovuto primato alla percezione gustativa. Ogni piatto rivela ad uno ad uno il sapore dei singoli ingredienti; l'amalgama raggiunge un perfetto equilibrio, senza lasciare dubbi, alimentando semmai la curiosità del conoscere le caratteristiche dell'una o dell'altra componente (quando un tipo di farina, quando una spezia, quando una pianta, quando una radice, quando la giusta collocazione tra i tagli della carne che stai gustando). La risposta da parte di Alessandro, che guida la sala, è sempre puntuale e argomentata, mai con supponenza. Lo stesso vale per la carta dei vini, sempre ricca (e non esosa)"

"Il posto bello ma tutto troppo costoso sia per le porzioni e per la qualità il personale non organizzato e rude abbiamo mangiato dopo un'ora dall'ordinazione e il male e nonostante le lamentele che ci hanno fatto pagare tutto dicendo che non avevano ricevuto reclami mentre ci siamo sentiti diversi intorno e anche trovato un pezzo di plastica all'interno di una cannada. Non me ne frega niente."
