"Decent pizza. Terrible organisation, only 1 waitress managing a place with around 40 people at dinner... We arrived at 8.05pm and they took the order at 8.40pm. the pizzas arrived at 9pm. I even felt sorry for the waitress who could be seen to be literally melted from excessive work. This isn't working, it's driving people crazy. Furthermore, the service is so poorly organized that they take on more work than they can actually cope with, which makes me think that they give more importance to the takings at the end of the evening rather than the quality of their work. By doing this, however, we still lose customers because even if the pizza isn't that bad, the customer isn't treated as he deserves and in fact after tonight they lost at least 2 customers (not to mention the unpleasant experience I always had in this place for my birthday where we had booked at 9pm for 12 people and we set the table ourselves since they literally left the cutlery piled up on the table, we ate the pizza at 11pm and they had forgotten to bring us the appetizers which they then brought us at 12am)"

I've been to this pizzeria twice for dinner and once I got it to take away. Typical Neapolitan pizza, good dough and many varieties to choose from. For dinner on site, first time great; the second time we waited a little longer as it was Saturday evening, when the pizza arrived it was slightly burnt but still overall good. While for takeaway I recommend booking the pizza in advance, at the moment you have to wait a bit especially on weekends. Food: 4

If you are on holiday in Castiglioncello/Rosignano and want to try real Neapolitan pizza, this is the right place. Found on the internet, it is scheduled through two shifts (the first at 7.30pm, the second at 9pm), one set based on the time that is most convenient for you. I chose the second round and I must say that they were very quick in serving us and bringing us dessert as the last. We wanted to try some fried appetizers but in winter the fry shop is closed, maybe next time. The prices are fair and the pizzas are very delicious made with Biga dough. The staff is welcoming, friendly, you can directly see the pizza how it is made and how it is cooked in a wood oven, everyone is super good...
