"I made a reservation two months in advance, but when we arrived on time, they told us they couldn’t find our booking. Instead, they allowed a party of six without a reservation to enter. Even after I showed them my confirmation email, they informed us there was no space available. Just when we were about to leave, they somehow managed to find some emergency chairs and seated us right in the middle of the restaurant, despite many empty booths and tables scattered around that remained unoccupied throughout the entire hour we were there. Overall, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

I made a reservation about a month in advance, but when I arrived, I found out that all bookings had been canceled. I also ordered food, but when we got to the table, the kitchen was closed! It was very disappointing. The cocktails were quite pricey as well. I don't think I'll be returning. Voir le carte

Booked a meal, to be told the kitchen was closed even though we had confirmed with them several times that we were arriving at 8:30pm. They said it was our own fault and should of read the website. Found the opening times at the very bottom of the page. Was not clear at all and very poor customer service.

I went in after hearing it had new owners. Wow, what a difference. Decor is lovely. Staff were really friendly. My daughter enjoyed Mac and cheese while me and my husband had burgers. All our food was lovely. This place is just what Hinckley needed. Great cocktails, lovely and cosy, family friendly that does food but then becomes and evening hotspot. What more could you want. Will definitely be back.
