"Worse experience I've ever had. If I choose my family I Germany and we choose TACOs restaurant in Stade. Table was reserve also we ask only not in the middle.. but when we arrived in the middle. Ok we take seats on another table..and order drinks and food..only a few appetizers ..starter I late..but I think Ok...we have time together with the family with meal going food still not arrival. .my son call to waitress to ask about how long to wait on food ..she was not child ..she don't say sorry.and don't offer nothing to do as happy. We were disappointing, we wait 1 hour 30 min... our patience was the final and we go without paying for drinks..We no longer want to eat in this atmosphere.. to complain to the staff about service. The standard restaurant rules are 20-30 min. 45min waiting period I can leave without payment ..over 90 min waiting period .. is 30% of the meal bill. And the staff must communicate with the customers or explain the situation when someone is sick or something.. No experience You need to improve restaurant service and personal training and change cooks as soon as possible if you want to keep your customers. Return to see all changes.."

We had a table for 10 people. When we arrived, the 5 tables pushed together were dirty and sticky. Candles were just burned on the table. We asked a waitress to wipe the table... that was anything but hygienic. After candles we had to ask. Reordered Mayonnaise didn't come until we finished. I would only give 2 stars for the service. But want to say that the food was delicious. My 4 stars
