Rheinterrasse Santorini

The food was nice and the place looks tidy but I felt that the prices could be lower for German standards. The desert was a bit disappointing

Wehen ever we visit Waldshut, we have lunch at Rheinterrasse We enjoy the big variety of Food,especially greek, the moderate prices and the good service

The waiter dropped everything. OK, he spilt the coffee but dropped the cutlery, his wallet, our money when we paid him. Service was slow too. The flan was really nice tho. Location good too so not all bad. Voir le carte

Waren schon öfters da und immer sehr zufrieden. Es ist ratsam einen Tisch über Mittag zu reservieren. Herrlicher Blick auf den Rhein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Im Sommer ist es möglich draussen zu sitzen. Für das Auto hat es verschiedene Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich bestellte einen Grillteller und freute mich leider zu früh. Das Fleisch war lauwarm und trocken. Gerade bei Lamm erwarte ich, dass es heiß ist und noch medium, Pute sollte nicht so trocken sein. Sorry bei dem Preis von fast 20 € erwarte ich nicht nur Massenware.Wäre nicht der gute Service gewesen, ich hätte bestimmt ein mangelhaft gegeben.

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen. Die Karte ist etwas eingeschränkt aber man bekommt auch das Angebot der Abendkarte wenn man danach fragt. Der Service ist freundlich und effizient.Das Essen liegt irgendwo zwischen OK (Souvlaki sehr schmackhaft, aber trocken) und sehr gut, z.B. Saganaki und Beilagensalat.Die Räume sind "typisch griechisch" etwas staubig und mit Spinnenweben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch.Die Preise sind für das Angebot recht hoch, man merkt den schlechten Einfluss der nahen Schweiz... Voir le carte

Das Lokal liegt etwas abseits mit Blick über den Rhein. Wer sich vom Shopping erholen möchte kann in wenigen Minuten vom Zentrum dort hin laufen.In der Zeit zwischen 14 und 17uhr ist das Lokal leider geschlossen.Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut , hat aber noch Luft nach oben.Preislich ist alles bezahlbar und schmeckt sehr gut.Der Service ist sehr nett und bemüht.Schön ist wohl, bei wärmeren Temperaturen, auch die Terrasse.Wir waren aktuell nur Mittags dort, werden aber einen Besuch zum Abend auch einplanen.Klare Empfehlung

Overall, not a good meal for us last night. We weren’t made to feel particularly welcome as we hadn’t made a reservation, but it was only and we were a party of so good for business, surely? The staff just seemed stressed and...hurried, and whilst, admittedly, we weren’t ready on the first request to take our order, we then weren’t asked again for another We ordered simple main items off the menu (eg Souvlaki and potatoes and Gyros and potatoes, etc., and we had another long wait. Finally, when it came it was simply not good enough rather disappointing Greek food. They have a prime site, and it could be a lovely restaurant, but it needs some changes to food quality and service.

When you enter the restaurant one is taken by the wonderful view over the Rhine river, nicely dressed tables with crisp table linen, rich glassware and good quality napkins. But once the menu is presented, consisting of loose laminated pages, one starts to understand the...food to order isn’t that great. The menus offers a variety of German and Greek dishes. I opted for the gyros with tzatziki sauce, home fried potatoes. The meat is dry, feels like cooked the day before. The sauce is ready made served. Not fresh. The order comes with a side salad with too much of dressing. Service is fine because the restaurant was not that full. The management is old fashioned minded and need a reset in the... Voir le carte
