"The Parkhotel is truly an elegant and posh hotel located close to the Stadtpark, which is Graz' Central Park, and right opposite the University of Music and Performing Arts, which was the town Palais of the Archduke Johann, the brother of the Austrian Emperor. This...hotel provides seminar rooms as well as great food. The price of the dishes served in the Parkhotel restaurant is residing in the upper price segment but you get high quality for your money. The staff is friendly and willing to help and since implemented in a hotel they are briefed to and used to speak English to their international guests. So that is quite convinient. And at the main entry of the hotel you are welcomed by a Saint Florian statue. Not only therefore but also because of the family name of the hotel owner family is Florian, the hotel's restaurant is called Restaurant Florian. I had a beef filet in sauce with Serviettenknödel (sliced bread dumpling) together with fresh green salad with pumkin seed oil on top of it. The filet comes with Preiselbeermarmelade (cranberry marmalade) which is typical for Austria and very popular as it gives a sweet taste to your meat. With Love! Dr. Dr. Immanuel Fruhmann"

beautiful restaurant, one of the most beautiful gastronomic gardens in graz. usually eat excellent, but slip out in between. service different, from friendly to declining. jiniorchef very much strives for his guests.

Wir waren noch nie enttäuscht. Kulinarisch immer top. Und einen guten Service wie hier gibt es praktisch nirgendwo mehr. Hier haben auch die Kellner eine Topausbildung. Preislich natürlich etwas höher aber das Geld wert.

Es muß nicht unbedingt der Rosengarten sein. Auch im Cafe bekommt man guten Wein und ausgezeichnete Speisen. Das Service ist kompetent und der Humor kommt auch nicht zu kurz. Ein Haus in dem man sich wohl fühlt . Sehr empfehlenswert! Voir le carte

Zentral gelegenes, gehobenes Restaurant mit steirischer und internationaler Küche. Gute Auswahl, saisonal bestimmt. Ich war zur Spargelzeit vor Ort gute, wenngleich nicht überragende Qualität. Hauptspeise Beef Tartar sehr guter Geschmack, optisch ansprechend gratiniert. Generelle Sauberkeit gegeben, Toiletten nicht besucht. Parkplatzsituation eingeschränkt. Gerne wieder!
