Conclusion: for a restaurant that belongs to the michelin, faux pas pass, I would not have expected. mistakes can happen, but yet my expectation was somewhat disappointed. Hi opentable! I want share with you my experience in the restaurant! I make the reservation via opentable, but when I was in the restaurant they tell me like they don’t have a reservation and when I explain that I make the reservation via your app they tell me directly: this not work, we don’t make reservation via app only by telephone! Uncomfortable situation! I was with my date and without support! Finally they was professional and helpful! And find one table for us! I only want understand if I can believe in your app or not!
