"We went here for the first time and on entry where asked if we had a reservation which I found very bizarre as there were only 3 other people in. Any way we were allocated a table and asked if we wanted a high chair for our little one which the waiter brought. In the time we were there 2 other people came in the restaurant. The service was good just the food was disappointing. My eldest son ordered the sirloin steak medium but although it was still **** in the middle the outer was very over cooked and it wasn’t tender at all for a sirloin. I had the menu of the day as did my husband. To start I had garlic mussels they weren’t the best and tasted like tinned (I may be wrong but if they were fresh surely they would still be in the shells) they were served with salad! Very strange accompaniment. Then for main I had lamb in mint gravy it was lovely and tender but I felt it was like it had just been pinged in microwave. My desert was apple strudel which was soggy so definitely not oven cooked. My hubby had tuna salad, chicken in sauce and crepes which he enjoyed. The wine with menu was nice. Disappointing."

I and my mother ate here last night. good service through the waitresses. eating was hot, well presented and decent. very tasty. a bit more expensive than most places in the opposite, but was worth every penny. will soon come back to try more on the menu
