"Bei Ankunft an einem Ruhetag war der Zimmerschlüssel in einem kleinen Safe vor dem Haus deponiert. Zu unserer Überraschung hatten wir ein anders Zimmer, als in der Reisebestätigung angegeben. Das Zimmer war tadellos neu renoviert, das barrierefreie Bad überzeugte. Allerdings war das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Auch störte bei dem Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ein Senkrechtbalken, direkt neben dem Bett. Das Frühstück entsprach einem normalen Standard, das Personal war sehr nett."

"Well let me start by saying that I love Greek food. I take my wife to so many Greek restaurants that she now thinks that is all I eat. The first time we arrived at this restaurant we were amazed at the amount of choices...on the menu. The staff gave us time but we eventually managed to decide what we wanted to eat. Of course we were given a free ouzo as an appetiser. The meal didn’t take long to arrive and it was simply superb. Along with the main course came a salad which was tasty and quite filling, but the main course itself was mostly meat. I went for the Afroditi Teller, which consisted of Bifteki, pork on a Spiess a pork steak and Gyros. This can be accompanied by either rice or chips. It was cooked to perfection. My wife had a large Greek salad with huge shrimps. It not only looked good she said it was fantastic. After this we were served with a small piece of cake (like Maderia) but drizzled with lemon juice. This incidentally is free. Then another ouzo or metaxa when we paid the bill. Also free. Cutting a long review short… we have now been at the Poseidon nearly every week for the last years. We have obviously been at every other Greek restaurant in the area too, and they are all very good, but we keep coming back to this one as it is by far our favourite. The restaurant may be a bit too much over the top in the Greek style but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad meal or bad service there. Not a place for nouveau cuisine, but if you want good wholesome cooking and a reasonable portion, then it is perfect."

"Liebes Team, alles außer dem Essen ist gut und schön bei euch. Leider hat die Qualität der Speisen die letzten Male als ich da war, ziemlich nachgelassen. Es schmeckt nicht mehr so gut, wie es war und die Menge ist kleiner geworden. Das selbe sagen Freunde von mir und mein Chef, mit dem ich einmal im Monat dort essen gehe. "The best comes to the final overnight stay at the inn in the DZ, Vorkasse. Rooms: Less well isolated. The sounding alarm clock in the next room was to be heard. Plus point: The refrigerator and the mobilized wooden equipment. Beds: duvets were not smooth and therefore seemed sweet. At night, spring springs drilled into the back and caused back problems. Steife pillows also provided long-lasting neck pain. Abolition was secured several times by the service, while it remained. Shower bath without window: floor was dirty, leftover from the predecessor destroyed all beautiful illusions. Toilet paper was not filled upon arrival. Towels (located on the ground) were not changed. The fan was very loud. During the shower the door had to be closed, otherwise the smoke detector would have been triggered in the room. From the 3rd day we were asked for breakfast in the day room, comparable ambience of sober memories of old class trips. Parking: Not enough, for so many guests who come to dinner next to overnight stays. Plus point: parking spaces for e-cars available. Exterior and beer garden: Well maintained playground with petting zoo. Total food: Top! Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner and the self-made ice cream. Fresh preparation at reasonable prices. For this we give the full score."
