"This evening we have had a diner at Reinhard. We ordered spargel met rum steak. Rum steak with french frites were serviced. Wrong, with no sorry at all the plates were removed from the table and later on the spargel with (the same) (cold) rum steak was served. The taste was good but unfortunately the spargel were hard and also the rum steak was tough. For our neighbours the same. They left the place dissatisfied. It was also not 50% what we expected. it has been a real pleasure to dine in that restaurant. wine selection was good as well as appetisers and mains. staff was knowledgeable and friendly. just getting to the toilette need directions and a lot of stairs to climb. outdoor seating was excellent, very good food.
