"Overpriced, shocking slow service, chips absolutely overdone, steak full of grissle,don't sit upstairs as you are lucky to get service without catching someone serving someone else We ordered starter main course and pudding mins for starters not to bad but then mins wait...for mains then they forgot one of our meals so had to wait another mins while rest of party eat theirs, your not allowed to order drinks at the bar so have to wait an eternity for a passing waiter to hopefully notice you and take your order. I complained to two waiters and asked for the manager but to no avail. No appology or exploration from them.The kids were getting so resless and had drunk all their drink I had to ask for another round of drinks (which we wouldn't have normal had to have done) while we were waiting and ask for them to be free because of the wait and poor service (to be honest i would have expected this to be offered because of the delay am mix ups)again asked for the manager but was only delt with by a waiter. We booked early for so wasn't busy and exactly prime time when we arrived and because we had to young children,finally left just under hours later not because we wanted to stay that long but because of the slow service really not well spent at all will not be going back"

eating and the medaille are excellent and the staff is great. they must try the steaks they are the best around, but do not take my word for going and try it!

Had an amazing meal. Fast service, lovely staff who were great with the children who usually struggle to cope with eating out. Definitely will visit again when we are down this way!

Excellent stars The staff were so curious and friendly and the service was the best I have had in a long time. Food was amazing and well done to the chef I would recommend this place to anyone

It was quite busy on Saturday, which added to the lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy. The food has definitely gotten better since our last visit to Cornwall, and the new, more authentic uniforms are a nice touch. This restaurant is always a favorite when we visit family. Voir le carte

We visited the restaurant about a month ago for their new Sunday Roast special. The service was outstanding! Some of us were in wheelchairs and they were very helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and the value for money was excellent. I couldn't eat another bite! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Extremely busy on Saturday night.... service was excellent.... food came out quickly.... ribs fell apart and was lush... too much food though.... couldn't face dessert !!! I haven't been there for a couple of years because frankly it had gone right down hill, but, it's vastly improved, especially the salad bar... it was lovely... looking forward to going again
