I was really impressed after my first bite of the dumplings. Juicy is no joke. Beijing-style Jjajangmyeon tastes salty when you add all the sauce, so be sure to control the amount of sauce carefully. The dumplings were absolutely fantastic. You could say my life is like dumplings. Both the fried dumplings and the water dumplings were delicious, moist and full. The cucumber salad was also great as it whetted my appetite. Excellent ravioli, of many flavors and delicious. They are made on the spot and cooked either steamed/boiled or grilled. I was impressed by the pasta they prepare, really good and with the right thickness, even the fillings are excellent though.
