I went with a friend to a Randa restaurant first time , I was nice surprised, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food fast service , the staff is friendly and professional.

Like many of the other Maroush places in London the menu and good is great. Plenty of choices for Vegans which is great also. On this occasion we visited quite late and the atmosphere was relaxed and the sercice good. The rice ordered was not the best but I didnt complain. Would return. we booked a table of 4. we were really disappointed with the service or the lack of it . orders were taking ages to be taken and delivered, dishes forgotten , cutlery missing. we noticed that the other tables were offered vegetables but we weren't. the food was nice but it was really spoiled by the service and it s definitely not fine dinning .bad management unfortunately

We have been to Randa numerous times over the past years. Yesterday it was very disappointing. There were only a handful of customers (5) when we arrived for lunch but it seemed like we were bothering staff who finally came over to seat us. The food was OK, not as good as it used to be but the worst thing was the soggy, luke-warm, awful spinach fatayer. It was clearly micro-waved and we sent it back. Seems also that they have decided to shrink the falafels,

I went there with a group of 6 people as we were craving Lebanese food. The mezze was fine but the main dishes took more than an hour. We asked the guy to cancel the order because we had to go catch the coach but they refused and said that the food was coming so we had to wait 5 more minutes and I wish we didn’t! The food was so bad, the Shawarma was so dry and almost burnt and the rest of it was so tasteless. In the end I had to pay for that bad food, miss my coach and pay for another ticket...
