"Visited Polish Kitchen this evening for a family birthday. There is seating inside but it’s best to book. We ordered our food and drinks, everything arrived promptly. Our starters were the kielbasa delicious with hunks of bread and mustard, smoked salmon and potato pancakes fresh, tasty pancakes with a decent helping of smoked salmon on top, and the black pudding with bread and sour cucumber delicious. Main courses were bigos and mash rich, tasty, full of flavour, pierogi’s which were surprisingly light and delicious two of us had these and we both added salt and pepper but I appreciate this is a personal choice, the brigands pancake was huge! a massive potato pancake with beef stew and fresh salads. We were tasting one another’s dishes and everything was delicious. One of us had the ham hock and it was a vast hunk of meat, tender, rich, falling off of the bone with cabbage alongside. We finished with warm Polish apple pie with ice cream, custard and cream. Wow! is all I can say. Everything was accompanied by a selection of Polish beer which I’m told was very good too. I honestly can’t recommend Polish Kitchen enough. Give it a go, you’ll get friendly service, damn good home cooked food, and you’ll leave with a full belly and be pleasantly surprised at the price."

"I just returned from holiday off a late flight following day had nothing but yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. Ordered from here that night. A few hours later, I developed food poisoning and still have not recovered over 12 hours later. I did not order rice, but made my own, so the bacteria was present in either the chicken or pork ribs. I must say that I have previously ordered from here on two occasions, with no issues. However, the previous night’s order will be my last as there must be some serious disregard for food safety and handling in recent weeks. Salt level was also off the scale yesterday Dead Sea levels of salt. Avoid. Save Food poisoning. P.S. I posted this review on Google reviews and the restaurant has tried to contact me to “resolve my issue”. While this is appreciated, I have been sick for two days due to unsafe food. To solve this issue, your kitchen needs a thorough investigation into its food safety practices this is highly dangerous."

"Amazing place. I was so impressed. The menu is creative without being fussy or simply to be different. There are extraordinary vegetarian and also vegan options..and these dont even stand out in looking at menu as being “different”. Had the celeriac… who would have thought it would be the perfectly delicious main for the plate! It was! Service was great. I had mentioned in reservation that my friend was celebrating birthday and a plate with delectable small tea cakes arrivec with Happy Birthday in chocolate.. I’m from US so cant make it a regular place to dine, but would otherwise"

"One evening during our stay in Oxford, we decided to explore the dining options on George Street. We noticed a colorful and uniquely decorated restaurant across the street that caught our attention. Craving Thai food, we entered the restaurant and were impressed by its spacious layout on multiple levels. The friendly host guided us to a cozy table downstairs, where the decor resembled a bustling Thai street market. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and we started with a Lychee gin fizz and a refreshing Singha beer. For appetizers, we enjoyed the flavorful Chili Squid before diving into our main dishes of Spicy Seafood Noodles and Fried Organic Tofu with Cashew nuts and steamed jasmine rice. The food was delicious and generously portioned, with the Spicy dish made milder to our liking. We made sure to save room for the indulgent Mango Sticky Rice dessert, which provided the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The attentive and friendly service added to the wonderful dining experience, and we found the prices to be reasonable. Overall, we would highly recommend this restaurant to those seeking a unique and memorable meal in Oxford."

"I recently dined at Oxford's newest Michelin star restaurant. The service was exceptional and attentive, with staff being very knowledgeable about the dishes being served.
