Punto - Menu

What a fabulous place. Been meaning to go for a while. So glad I celebrated my birthday here with my family. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Singer was fantastic. Prices reasonable

Went to Punto last night and what can I say!!!! Such an amazing night!!!! Live music and such lovely staff!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! Food and service was 100%! Will definitely be returning soon!!!

We visited last week and unfortunately, we will not be returning. The service was very good. The starters were great but the mains were inedible and tasteless. It felt like they were focusing on deliveries and collections rather than people dining in.

Last night we celebrated my birthday and the restaurant staff were great, very attentive, food was great, good selection with ample choice. They surprised me with a birthday dessert which was very thoughtful. I could not fault any part of the evening. We will return.

Had a brilliant time last weekend found the service from Tkni his team absolutely spot on . In the balk from the minute we arrived to the time we left. The menu has a supreme selection for all tastes. The food was lovely, large portions very tasty. The singer/ Entertainment was great got all tables up dancing singing with him. I phoned to enquire if they were taking part in the government scheme ...to my delight they were HOWEVER they failed to mention they were not doing the 50% up to £10 off. I was shocked to see when the bill arrived only 25% off. Disappointing food, needed seasoning and was surprised to see a cup of salt being passed around from table to table for people to put their fingers into. Not ideal in current covid climate. I dont want anyone touching the ingredients in my food unless it is the chef!

We visit this restaurant regularly as a party of 2. We have never been disappointed on the contrary we have always been delighted. The service is friendly, they do not rush to charge your glasses which we find rather annoying and unnecessary. The manager and staff are most accommodating we usually have fish dishes where portions are more than ample, flavourful and fresh. Starters are brilliant, calamari cooked to perfection. Pasta so good, it certainly suits my taste. If anything to be said it is that there is at times too much food and we feel guilty to leave it because it has been so nice. Desserts just try them.

Ive been here a few times.some good an some bad. my daughters 18th was brillant I must say. But this Saturday we went was disgusting hour and 15 mins before starter. then dinner well I ordered steak in red wine sauce and chips and it came with peppercorn an baby pototoes.i said to manager I asked for red wine sauce oh sorry we dont do it in red wine sauce so I took the menu up and said whats that say RED WINE SAUCE he didnt seem to care really. My friend had fish dish with mussels and came out with just shells she complained we got 30 pounds of bill. And still had to pay service charge of 21 pounds. music great and two of my friends were sick all day long with the salmon and meatballs staff...

I visited this restaurant on Saturday 1st February 2020 as a party of six. What a dreadful experience. After finishing starters it took a further 45 minutes to get mains. When they arrived, one of the dishes was cold while the prawns on another dish were still in their shells. By the time shells were peeled off, the pasta on that dish was cold. On this particular evening there was a singer/guitarist who was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation with my friends. I spoke to the manager about our experiences and his response was 'I 'M NOT BOTHERED '. I am not easily offended but the customer service at this restaurant is nothing less than appalling.
