Prezzo Italian - Menu

Not amazing but I expected much worse. Food was ok but the price was great. Service was adequate.

decided to finally try the vegan menu in prezzo to see if it is worth it. it is surprisingly delicious, they offer various vegan pastas and a vegan pizza option.

In my opinion, the overall assessment of 3.8 seems rather low. We had a great lunch today, the staff was so friendly and the food was exactly what I expected from a prezzo. Will visit again, thank you!

Food is OK. Its what you are expecting to be honest. It was bad food and it wasn't the best. It was busy about 8pn we went at 5pm and only 2 other tables had people on. Drinks were cold and food was hot. Will go again.

This is my new Italian regular restaurant since I stopped going to the old Guinea. Their loss and Prezzos gain. Service is excellent here, unlike the other restaurant, and management know how to treat customers unlike the other restaurant.

I had a great experience at this restaurant in the Galleria in Hatfield. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was excellent. They were attentive to our needs and the facilities were impressive. The Pepperoni pizza was surprisingly large and totally worth it. I highly recommend this place!

We.are regular customers here but having visited today, we were extremely disappointed. The prices have gone up significantly from our last visit only a few weeks ago. £4 on a bottle of wine and £2-3 on the cost of a single course. The new Autumn menu is a bit of a let down, no garlic sharing bread and my favourite prawn and lobster ravioli no longer available. The quality of food and service was good though.

Great experience here. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The menu seemed normal and no items were not available due to Covid. Tailored measures: distance from customers in business, could order on your phone or by asking your server, 1 way system around the restaurant. 1 in and out of the toilet. It was very good for dinner. Children's starters came before adults who were good and at the right temperature for them. Much taste in our meal and beautifully presented. You accept club card vouchers! All in all was a very positive experience that we saw as the last Prezzo (Stevenage), overwhelmed in every aspect.

Visited here for lunch whilst doing some Xmas shopping. Disappointed with the food on this occasion compared to our previous visits to other Prezzo’s. It is clearly batch cooked, frozen and microwaved to order (not overly surprised having worked in the industry). However the spag Bol very watery and hardly any meat bolognaise. Mostly a bowl of pasta. I can cook better at home. Bearing in mind I’m paying £15 for this….Sent back. Lasagne, not too bad. Again obvious had been fast heated from frozen. I’ve had a nicer one at another prezzo was more fresh. Staff were friendly and changed our spag bol for a carbonara with apology and without fuss Service was quick.
