Prezzo Buckhurst Hill

The food was quite bland. Both the pasta and pizza lacked flavor. The dessert was decent, I suppose. At one point, the staff seemed to disappear, and I had no idea where they went.

Great experience at this Prezzo branch. Service is exceptional, especially Jasper who was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. Food is also good notably the pizza. They have a lovely outdoor area which is great for summer days. Highly recommended. Voir le carte

At first glance, this restaurant seemed unremarkable, but everything changed when Jasper came to take our order. He truly made the evening magical; he is a fantastic asset to Prezzo. The food was tasty, the service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. However, what I'll remember most is how special I felt thanks to the time and conversation with Jasper.

I visited yesterday with my family. I called ahead, and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. We were greeted warmly at the entrance, and our waiter was very friendly. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. However, I noticed that the chocolate wing cake had changed and wasn't as appealing as I remembered from our last visit. The restrooms, tables, and seats were all clean. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

I had a wonderful experience with the pizza from this restaurant. I ordered takeout, and it was ready for pickup within a reasonable timeframe. The staff, particularly the friendly lady who helped me, made the experience even better. Parking can be a bit challenging along Queens Road, but there's a Waitrose parking nearby that serves as a good alternative. This pizza has quickly become my favorite—I used to order from Papa John's and Pizza Hut, but the quality at Prezzo is far superior. Voir le carte

that is a really good twog of prezzo. the staff are very friendly and were absolutely great for all children at our family meal. as they expect, eating was delicious and cooked to a high quality. we went to eat early and the service was attentive. at no point we feel that we would be hastened. the only part of this branch is that it is a little difficult to park, but they can take luck with a room or they can take public transport that is also located close to it. all in all, a pleasant experience.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers are not accepted at this restaurant! Despite having successfully used my vouchers for takeaway orders on two previous occasions, the manager, Orchee, has now informed me that company policy prohibits takeaway orders using these vouchers. I find this inconsistency to be quite frustrating, as there seems to be no uniform approach for customers. I will no longer be exchanging my Tesco vouchers for Prezzo or dining there again. If you have no intention of honoring a voucher scheme, perhaps you shouldn't participate in it!

very decent meal to have with my family, service was very good and really friendly and I was quite impressed if I must say, we ordered white wine Sav Blanc, they served the bottle beautifully, however, they have not given us any ice to keep the wine chilled for the duration of our meal there, the gentleman who was the host at the time was very kind and professional. (Bald guy sorry we dint get the name haha) a little bit of an issue with the glasses as they came to the table dirty with debris and bits at the bottom of the glass to have a lip lipstick stain from a wine glass. aside from this, the staff has been very accommodating and really took care of us. starters was a joy to have, we went...
