We received exceptional service from Leya and Patrycja at Buckhurst Hill Prezzo this evening. They made our evening enjoyable. Thank you.

My group visited this restaurant for New Year's Eve. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Although there was a small mistake with one of our starters, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, consistently ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, the service was excellent.

Today, (Tuesday 29) I visited prezzo for some lunch, food was great but I noticed how the manager on duty was absolutely lazy. The waitress working was running the whole restaurant by herself, including the bar! I noticed that the manager was holding a piece of paper for more than an hour while the only waitress was constantly pacing from one end of the restaurant to the other, trying to serve all the customers by herself. Used this restaurant as alternative with outside seating area available. Was not pleased when texted and told it was going to be cancelled which I found out it was because of short of staff. Certainly not appropriate in this climate, after suffering for so long without clients and business to be proud of, one would do the utmost to ensure customer flack in as much. Hiwever due to shortage of waiting in the catering industry this restaurant suffer badly. Food was just about ok, with improvements necessary to create the whow factor for success in the future!

I'm sorry the food was average, 2 of the 5 of us had to change our order due to not having certain products. Ordering chicken on top of a pasta dish (2 of our party) they received 5 small pieces of chicken between them and had to pay an outrageous surcharge for the privilege. The chef rectified the issue but by which time, taking the pasta away and putting chicken on then bringing pasta back out rendered it warm at best. Even with a voucher as far as I'm concerned the meal wasn't worth the money. I'm not sure why I actually gave 2 stars. Maybe cos I'm a nice bloke!

Today we took my Nan to prezzo Buckhurst Hill for her birthday, can honestly say the staff were lovely the manager was apologetic about our issue but overall the food not so great… the spaghetti came as just pasta with rarely any sauce and lacked flavour, my mum complained (which is rare) and the waitress agreed and said how that’s how it’s told to be served and they receive many complaints about this issue but can’t give more sauce, they did bring over some more sauce after the complainant however this still was a small portion not enough to top the spaghetti’s that we’re ordered, really disappointed about the meal quality, if it wasn’t for the amazing staff I probably would’ve rated 1 star... An absolute disgrace from start to finish. Table booked at 5pm only two other people in there. Explained I had a voucher (buy a gift.com) so was given alternative menu. Ordered a vodka and coke got a coke! Then we had starters which was very average (bread) I had pizza For main which was pretty awful then I looked underneath and realised why it was pure black. I showed the waitress who offered a free drink. Two hours later I had to ask if we could have desert despite two waitresses and no customers! My friend and I went to a restaurant last Monday, January 30th. We arrived at 8:15pm and our order was taken quickly, but unfortunately, nothing was correct. We both ordered the vegetable and pasta soup, which was delicious. However, my friend did not receive his soup at the same time and had to wait for ten minutes before asking where it was. The waiter apologized for forgetting his order. For our main course, my friend ordered vegan spaghetti bolognaise and I ordered a pizza. My friend found his meal tasteless and not hot enough, while my pizza was barely warmed so I sent it back. The kitchen refused to do anything about it, even though it was only 10 past 9. From the minute our order was taken it was a disaster. The electronic machine ran out of batteries half way through the order so the waiter had to get a pen and paper and start again. Then was then a very long wait. Two of our starters arrived (one missing garlic bread) before our drinks arrived. We were told that all the staff were new so would have to bare with them Still no food for our son and mother. Then the drinks arrived and the waitress didn 't even know what they were and just dumped them in front of us to guess. Still two starters missing.
