"we had dinner last night in premiata pizzeria in navigli, which is described as one of the best restaurants in the city. the best thing that could be done is to remove the restaurant of navigli as it drastically reduces the call of the opposite. to begin with the weeping list, virtually everyone was left on the weeping list from the menu so that we could pick up with only two bottles of wine. it was difficult to order our drinks, because nobody spoke English. After we were finally able to order, they served our food within three minutes. I had never served so fast, but the reason was clear as soon as we took our first bite. we choose the pizza quattro formaggii and the ravioli ricotta with spinat order. the pizza quattro formaggi is best described as a cheesefondue with a side of the brotes. it was oily and tasted like plastic. the ravioli was tasteless and could only be eaten after it was rubbed in a plate-dried cheese. we didn't even get close to ending our meals, and when the waiters came to check us out and asked if we liked it, they didn't seem to be disturbed when we told them we didn't. after 30 minutes with empty. please do not go to their own well here; it is a waste of money and time."

Terrible experience for a family diner. Service was extremely poor, it was not possible to order some drinks while looking at the menu. Then the fisrt course came an hour after the order and not even together. We had to ask several time for the...main course which came more than an hour after we fisnished the first course, so late our appetite was long gone... Then the foccacia was just another pizza... But way to late to even complain. Avoid this place!!! I didn't see the poor reviews on TripAdvisor before because the location was wrongly set. The restaurant is right on the canal.

Questa pizzeria è stata la mia preferita da molto tempo! Come fanno le pizze qui per me non c'è confronto. L'ho sempre consigliato a tutti, anche a turisti e amici. L'ultima volta, purtroppo, sono rimasto molto deluso. quando siamo andati a pagare la signora in contanti (già lei non ha detto niente, ma ci ha appena dato il conto) è stato molto scortese. Volevamo pagare separatamente e in contanti e lei era estremamente sconvolta che non avevamo i soldi giusti, non aveva soldi per darci e ha chiesto a uno dei camerieri dai suoi consigli che penso. Non lo so. i camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili ma le persone che sono in contanti sono sempre maleducate. i proprietari? Non lo so, peccat...
