"Waited 45 minutes for our starters (which was cold salty) to arrive and hadn't received our drinks until we decided to leave because of the poor service. The management did not care for any of the customers who were not in a pods and refrained from dealing with our complaints until we approached them. Clearly the restaurant can not manage serving their customers at the capacity of pods as well as the restaurant. I recommend focusing their efforts on the pods as it seems to be the only customers they can manage. I blame the management rather than the waiting staff as it was nothing they could do but deal with the amount of customers."

Eat quickly and was picked up by someone who looks like the gardener he had a waterproof hoody. waitress was really good.

The service was very, very bad. Your food was very cold and bad. I am not happy at all and I will not come to that restaurant again and it took a lot of money from us and I tell people not to go to that restaurant.

Bymiske I book the reservation for Dine-in in restaurant... but manager arranged pods for me with no extra charges... quantity of food and taste was amazing... really enjoyed... thank you Ponsbourne for amazing service...

Great location, nice presentation, beautiful building bar pods Let down on service- forgetting food order drinks order bottle of water order -not the best tasting food, great deserts as recommended by waitress- good service and friendly waitress

If you eat in the pods or domes, then it may well be good, we booked the restaurant for ease of access for my 88 year old mother’s birthday we had to ask to be served just to get a drink, then again to order our food, to be told there were no poppadoms, on the already limited menu what Indian restaurant doesn’t have poppadoms, at this point we paid the bill and went to a restaurant 5 mins up the road! Absolutely awful

Terrible experience. We were in the restaurant section and paid for an ‘experience’ and we got one, a bad one. The whole operation in this place is a shambles but the food is actually authentic Indian cuisine and very good….when it arrives we waited 2 hours). The staff had no idea that we PRE—PAID £92). The restaurant was freezing yet none of the staff were masked, service was poor and unattentive, the restaurant was very bright and had zero ambience. We couldn’t wait to leave.
