"we were this week with a friendly couple in ponderosa. the first impression is not very promising, located behind a refueling point, rather in the rearmost corner - you imagine it more beautifully. in the inner one has brought the best out what was probably possible - are very nice and cozy, but at least made with effort. the service was very friendly though extremely slow. for our first drinks we have waited a felt eternality, the salat came approx. 2 minutes before the main course - there's something else. the steak itself was really delicious and of a good quality. I personally found the supplements a little unloved. But there is also something to mecker:1. there were no more enough fillet steaks. we were four, the restaurant not full but rather empty. there were only 2 large and 2 small ones - so we had to knuckle out who takes what. I expect from a restaurant that what is on the map is also in stock. 2. the kitchen was not able to bring all 4 steaks to the table at the same time. 3 of us were finished eating when the 4th steak found his way to us. well, for that we were compensated for by paying and received a discount - nevertheless this is not possible. price/performance was the nix, for the offered evening in any case much too expensive."

the ponderosa was recommended to us by friends and since we were close, we settled there. Unfortunately, we didn't agree. the burgers we chose were unfortunately not delicious and too expensive. there are much better burgers shops. Voir le carte

the first time I spit out a steak after 20 minutes chew on it. the service is underground, in average 14 years old and nonetheless arrogant. the whole load only keeps thanks to the slemmer block and is still overpriced at half price. never again!

we had a table reserved around 19 o'clock and also arrived in the restaurant. the assignment of our table also worked smoothly. that was also the only postive at the service.Of course the service forces were hopelessly overloaded. the few service forces ran as it seemed pretty unconceptually around. we were served by 3 or 4 different service forces.After approx. 10 minutes we received a)!( menu. another 20 minutes later our order was received. until the delivery of the drinks went about 20 minutes.....Since we had a lot of time to observe the other guests we noticed that the other guests had to wait extremely long. eating (which after a long period of one hour also came at some point was goo... "we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
