Era miércoles cuando fuimos y habia muchos restaurantes cerrados optamos por este y a pesar de tener 4 platos literales en carta nos pareció buena opción carbohidratos y fritanga para reponerse de la ruta

Really lovely lady served us in her delightful little cafe, pot plants, pictures and knick knacks everywhere including the terrace, so homely . We had intended to go back for a meal but regretfully we had to return home early

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have not eaten from the menu here but the drinks and tapas we received were great,especially the migas. The inside looks cosy and full of character. The terrace was busy and bright.

Granny incarnated opened her bar at night to give me the traditional stew of choto goat that she has been doing for years. I was good, though the small and expensive ration.Accompanied by homemade wine type must that didn't convince me but if a tape of rich goat cheese, it was a pleasant time having dinner next to him, very authentic, thanks.

Bar típico de pueblo, encantador el lugar y la dueña, como si fuera tu propia Tía: lo mismo te trae un helado que te dice que no te manches!! Atenta a todo antes de que se lo pidas y dispuesta a agradar. Comida riquísima, propia de la zona, hecha como si fueras de la familia. Repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias por el ratito. Recomendamos su terraza para ir con la familia, muy agradable. Éramos 2 niños+2 adultos y pagamos 70€.

El bar es precioso, una decoración típica, casera, y propia de un pueblo tan bonito como este. El trato por parte del personal es impecable, atento y muy muy simpáticas. La comida estaba hecha con producto de la tierra, y eso la convierte en comida de muchísima más calidad, y la carta era corta, pero todo lo que pedimos estaba increíble. Si volviésemos al pueblo repetiríamos sin duda en este local, y se lo recomendamos al que pase por Güejar.

I spend at least one week in Granada, Spain each summer and always make my way up to the charming mountain town of Güéjar Sierra and have lunch at Bar Poli. Situated at the top of the main road through town, past the many restaurants and shops as well as the church and Plaza Mayor, this quaint dining establishment is owned and run by a local family and always used the freshest of ingredients either from their family farm or others in the area. I always have the choto, but everything is wonderful and cooked to perfection. Something as simple as potatoes and peppers here are a mouthwatering delight.
