"On Sunday 2 weeks ago I had lunch here that was the last time I will have lunch here. I ordered cannelloni with spinach for €12, what ended up on my plate was twice as small as my hand! The waitress constantly looked at me annoyed and tried to take my plates away from me several times, even though I hadn't finished eating yet. The neighboring table, with a family of 5, was treated the same way by the waitress. I assume that in Italy it is customary to pay a cutlery fee, I was charged €4. I paid the bill and deliberately didn't leave a tip, the way people are treated here is ridiculous!!"

Very polite team of waiters, honest ans service driven. We arrived late to our reservation and they kept it nonetheless. "As soon as we parked in front of the restaurant we were greeted by an employee who aggressively asked us what we wanted. "Posto che ci è stato consigliato, purtroppo con i suoi pro e i suoi contro... Siamo andati lì per cena, doveva essere una cena romantica che alla fine poi tanto romantica non è stata ahimè... sfortunatamente il ristorante serve anche l'hotel, perciò durante la cena erano presenti molte famiglie, gruppi di persone molto numerose, perciò dal locale intimo che ci aspettavamo alla fine si è trasformato in un caos.. per carità non può essere colpa di chi gestisce il posto, ma diciamo che permettere un tale urlare, correre, schiamazzare per tutta la sera non è concepibile, il responsabile è venuto a scusarsi più volte per il disagio, ma comunque non ha risolto la situazione.. a discolpa di tutto ciò posso dire però che i piatti erano tutti veramente ottimi, eccellenti, prezzo giusto se vuoi mangiare bene. Ci torneremo sperando in un pò più di silenzio"

"I went to this hotel to spend a few days relaxing as a couple. Entrance and common parts very well maintained and clean. The room was clean but I would have expected something more, the light of the balcony was not working and the toilet paper had already begun on our arrival. In general everything very standard, but here we come to the really negative thing, the bed. We found it extremely uncomfortable not to mention the non-existent choice of pillow consistency, since in the room there was only one more than the two standards (Total 3 pillows for 2 people). At the request of another pillow we were answered that unfortunately they were finished because all the other guests had requested, like us, other pillows. At the request of posting the car in the garage, I was initially opened the door directly from the reception and I was explained that from the next time I could have opened it autonomously through the room card, but the next day I discovered that still I had not been enabled the card and even was questioned the fact that I had not yet applied for parking in the garage. Breakfast nothing that, always very standard, nothing special. I have to make an eulogy at the bar in the lobby, congratulations to the barman really very nice and extremely attentive and professional. The spa is quite small but well maintained, the mosaic of the indoor swimming pool was literally torn apart. Beautiful the exclusive garden on the shore of the lake with a lot of whirlpool. Too bad that on 2 one was half empty while the other was not working. Considering the price paid and the category of the hotel I would have expected much better, more attention to the customer, and above all a more comfortable bed that really allows you to make a stay of total relaxation."
