"I had been looking for a quiet place for me alone for a time out, wellness, recreation and creative writing. the slogan a hiding place to find had been very well listened to and the advertising video was also appealing. Unfortunately, I have to say that I am more disappointed by the stay. I didn't come to rest, my berlin apartment is much quieter. I had booked a room in the house kleist, but which is more a bungalow than a real house and the walls felt out of cardboard. next to me I have experienced very loud the contest of two ladies, every smallest conversation was audible and in the evening I heard television from my neighbours, although I had sought rest and quiet to write. I've never come to that. the room was rather old and the wall next to the bed was quite dirty (black driver on the wall, so probably nothing has been done for a long time that takes 10 minutes to slip over. overall rather sweet, from cleanliness, and this is annoyed at the high price you pay (approx. 160 euro per night! the bathroom was in order and relatiw new. the balcony was dirty and covered with belfry. it also said that the room would only be cleaned every 2nd day for environmental reasons, which I can understand if it were made. However, my room was also on the 2nd day (I had booked a total of 3 nights not cleaned although I had please clean the sign hanging on the door. that was then really a shame, especially when the cleaning forces had seen the sign, as I had also put rest from dinner in front of the door, and these were taken along. So I was really ignored with my request and came to an unfinished room after a spa day. again very sweet and at the 4 stars price not in order. more reasons why I didn't come to rest was that you had to walk very far everywhere. the whole areal is a huge complex with many houses and buildings, which is also contrary to the nature feeling standing everywhere also cars around and for dinner I had to eat approx. 10 minutes to walk. here was also annoying that the lighting is very bad, I'm actually in the dark, for women who don't feel comfortable at night. the food was very good and also the staff were very striving, both in the restaurant and in the spa area. the older lady at the breakfast was extremely nice and tried. the massage of sebastian was the best I ever had. in the older men at the reception, however, one had not felt that one was a hospitable. the spa and wellness is okay. very small but fine. I have experienced better from the price performance. Overall, I regretted spending so much money (approximately 600 euro for 3 nights and writing for creative or finding myself I didn't come at all. for people looking for something like me, so rather not recommended."
