"Fantastic place, I have been here many times. Great location, food to die for and nice staff! Try the linguine allo scoglio, fritto misto di mare, or one of the chef's recommendations, like the risotto con funghi porcini, and you won't regret it. The desserts here are also great, but beware! They come in big portions (as does the other dishes), and are great to share if you are full but in need of something sweet. My favorites are the tiramisu and the crema catalana. I love the fact that they offer a great homemade limoncello on the house after the meal."

"Arrivés de vestreno en bus, on s'arrête, prend 2 pizzas à emporter (23 € avec un pizzaiolo sympa et bilingue et une autre personne moins affable. On part avec nos couverts (pizzas déjà découpées , marchons 5 minutes pour nous retrouver sur une table de pique nique face au lac. Elles n'en sont que meilleures..."

"Very frequented by the locals. A true home-cooking style place, friendly service though sometimes a bit slow. Better make reservations on week.ends. Large parking space available. it's out of town on the way south to MIlan. Mind you: portions are huge. So if your not crazily hungry , did not hike or kite-surf all day, share a single portion. The steak or the milanese cotoletta were double portion. As well as the side dishes. Even the antipasti were generous. Desserts are quite standard in choice. Don't get there late in the eve as this area has more Swiss habits than southern Italian."

"We went to the Bellano hottie and had lunch at the pier restaurant. very positive experience. the restaurant is simple but very well maintained. we took some pumpkin dumplings with sage butter and delicious cherry. rice with great perch. as second fillet of trout with citrus fruits and carpaccio of zucchini, all very delicate, fried of perch and large and dry fries. cake made with buckwheat flour with iin between a layer of hot blueberry jam with a cream ice cream ball and an oven cream cream cream cream cream with berries. All delicious. fast service. Nice staff. good value for money. beautiful view of the lake. We'll be back soon."

"In the 15 minutes we were there 4 tables all got up and left. … 2 without even ordering food and 2 with half eaten meals (which I assume were bad) The waitress was incredibly unfriendly, rude, and abrupt. We eventually managed to order a carafe of wine. When it arrived and we tried to understand the menu she was so rude and arrogant we eventually got up and left. I have no intention spending my hard earned money with some entitled waitress who had no idea of customer service … The only silver lining for this establishment is that they have probably never heard of trip advisor .. I felt really bad for the the young man clearing tables and trying to assist, but the only waitress working was so rude and kept shouting at him. When we left and tried to pay for the few sips of wine we had, the owner felt so bad she told us not to worry."
