"Il Normanno, some of the best views I have ever experienced while dining. We arrived VERY early for dinner and were sat at the best table, overlooking the sea. Very romantic place and makes you appreciate life. Our waiter was kind and helped me with my bad Italian. He also recommended a wonderful bottle of wine to bring back to our room, Tenuta Iuzzolini ‘Principe Spinelli’. The Limoncello Spritz was wonderful, as well as our dinner. We shared the onion trio, which my husband actually liked, after being together so long I finally discovered his secret that he pretends to like onions for me. We also shared a pizza and a plate of Mezzi Paccheri with swordfish. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the added pistachio flavoring was delicious. Only downside was the pizza, although it was edible, it was not the quality we came to expect in Italy. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for some good eats, kind service, and outstanding views"

Bella location, il cameriere che ci ha servito è stato molto gentile, professionalmente molto attento. Il cibo non ci è sembrato all'altezza del prezzo, sarà stato forse un caso visto che da fuori si sentivano voci un po' esagitate ?

Locale consigliatoci dal B&B dove eravamo alloggiati. Siamo stati a cena per tre sere quindi non possiamo che parlarne bene. Sia i primi che la pizza e la pitta davvero buoni. Tris di cipolla ottimo. Bella terrazza con vista sul porto. Tranquillo ed ospitale. Prezzi più che onesti.

We did not book any restaurant in Tropea and we went to IL NORMANNO by chance. very good view and very smart staff, specially the owner Francesco. we had spaghetti with Alici and Tuna steak with onions and Onions Tris, a speciality. we had an excellent dinner and we suggest this restaurant. Be careful in Tropea, a lot of very turistic places. Il Normanno has good prices.

Very nice restaurant with a awesome view on the harbor of Tropea and Parghelia Beach. The food is top (pasta, pizza and fish) and the service is very courteous/accommodating. We went there two times in the evening and loved it very much. The pasta and fish is fresh and the Pizza is also delicious. Also, the prices are very fair. The waiters were very (and honestly) friendly, so it was easy to feel very welcomed.
