"We came to this restaurant after a long afternoons walking in the mountains, and were famished. Fortunately it was a nice summers evening so we were able to sit out on the terrace. The menu is typically alpine Swiss with good choices, many locally sourced cheese. We had a good meal, good quality and very tasty. Would consider coming back again. the restaurant is well placed in the centre of the village and parking nearby."

Staff not very welcoming but we were treated to a kind goodbye…, boletus fondue good, for 2 adults child without wine it costs 100 CHF

Glad to have been able to warm up with a hot chocolate and a slice of homemade plum tart. They serve fondues at all hours. Interesting when you come back from hiking... The little extra, a grocery store right next door open on Sundays until 6 p.m. for unforeseen events...

Good location with parking nearby. Nice, sunny terrace. Staff relatively friendly and attentive as long as the restaurant is not busy. Once full house its very difficult to get a hold of waiter. Good choice of food. Food OK but nothing to rave above. Standard swiss pricing. Would return for convenience and fact that it is one of the better places to eat in St Cergue.

We just love this restaurant. Whether for a big fondue fest with friends, or just a little hot chocolate and apple tart, it always hits the spot. Dishes are always simple but and quality is excellent. Their tagliatelle with morel mushroom sauce was all I craved when I was pregnant. And the service is always perfectly warm and friendly. Best place to stop after an afternoon on the slopes...

Echoing the comments of previous reviews, after many years of traveling these people are the most rude and obnoxious I have ever encountered. Do not fill their pockets with your hard earned cash. Service clearly designed to repel anyone other than those well known to the owners. Food average, price too high... just don’t bother... cross the road and go to cheese and beef restaurant instead.
