"Essen gut, aber preislich Abzocke. Halbe Portion Herkules Spieß wird mit 10 Euro berechnet, dafür der Beilagensalat extra mit 5.50 Euro. Normale Portion kostet 18,50 Euro. ???? Lammkoteletts ohne Beilagen bzw. nur mit Karottensalat zum regulären Preis von 25 Euro. Preiskalkulation stimmt überhaupt nicht! Der Karottensalat im Beilagensalat war fürchterlich. Ungenießbar. Irgendwas undefinierbar kliebriges dran. Ganz anders als der beim Hauptgericht. Bedienung sehr nett. Konnte aber trotz Beschwerde sich nur entschuldigen. Früher kam der Chef noch selbst an den Tisch. Heute hat man ihn nicht gesehen. Fazit: viel zu teuer für einen Dorfgriechen mit wenig Ambiente! Wir waren vor Corona begeistert, heute hat sich das erledigt. Für uns unakzeptabel."

"Ich bin zweimal auf dem Fußweg nach Heidelberg für ein Glas Wein hier kurz eingekehrt. Das Restaurant war jeweils eigentlich geschlossen, da aber ohnehin jemand wegen Vorbereitung da war, durften wir auf ein Getränk reinkommen, was ich als sehr flexibel erachte. Woanders heißt es dann nur, dass gerade geschlossen ist Weinkarte ist gut. Das Ambiente draußen ist auch schön, teils auch überdacht, falls es regnet. Das ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Speisekarte umfasste das übliche, aber auch 2-3 etwas außergewöhnlichere Sachen. Ich bedanke mich für die flexible Gastfreundschaft und wünsche alles Gute!Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"Installé dans un bâtiment centenaire, l'intérieur de Die Kartoffel est joliment rempli de toutes sortes d'antiquités et de bricabrac. En été, vous pourrez savourer votre repas en plein air sous une arche centenaire «Gewölbe» ou dans leur Biergarten. L'atmosphère décalée n'est pas ... la seule attraction cependant. Die Kartoffel est bien connu dans la région comme un endroit où vous pourrez déguster un morceau de viande comme vous le feriez à l'âge de pierre ... enfin presque! La spécialité de la maison est un steak de Black Angus argentin servi sur une plaque de pierre de lave grésillante chauffée à! degré Celsius. Vous pouvez griller votre steak à votre table, exactement comme vous l'aimez. Le steak est accompagné de différentes sauces, d'une pomme de terre au four recouverte de crème sure maison et d'une salade d'accompagnement. D'autres viandes, crevettes et même des options végétaliennes et végétariennes sont disponibles. Dans l'ensemble, un dîner agréable avec une cuisine délicieuse, de bons vins locaux et un excellent service.
