We had fantastic service from our server Will. The pizzas were great and the dessert was delicious. There were also excellent deals available on the app, even on weekends!

Visited whilst visiting the are and enjoyed great pizza and dough balls. It has been a long time coming! The staff were excellent and all hygiene protocol was being observed.

We had a disappointing experience at Pizza Express Cribbs. The food lacked flavor and our waiter, Gabriel, provided poor service. He seemed unconcerned with our dissatisfaction. Voir le carte

Over priced food, poor service, rude waiter who could not be bothered to serve us. Starters were burnt. Pizzas seemed to have shrunk in size very small pizza dish my daughter had. Definitely would not return.

As a family we love Pizza Express and regularly visit our local Cribbs Causway restaurant. We booked a table for the family to celebrate my Son's 6th birthday and as always the food was delicious but more importantly it was couple with exceptional service from Gabriel. He was attentive, authentic and couldn't do enough to make our evening an enjoyable one. Even when my son found out there was no chocolate sauce for his dough ball pudding, Gabriel came to the rescue! As always we'll be back and I hope Gabriel is working every time we are! :

We made a reservation for a group of 9. The service was good from the lady who was serving our table, as she seemed to be handling all the tables in the restaurant on her own. It appeared that the restaurant was more focused on fulfilling Deliveroo orders than attending to customers dining in. Our main meals came out at different times, and two of the pizzas were burnt around the edges. One of our family members decided not to order another pizza due to the long wait for the first ones. We would not dine here again. However, the server was working hard and did give us a discount.

Contrary to a number of reviews, I thought it might be useful to balance up some of the less favourable comments. We visited for lunch on a Friday 20th January. There were only a few other tables occupied. The waitress appeared to be working on her own but she attended to us promptly and cheerfully. Having ordered lagers, pizza and cannelloni, we waited only a few minutes before they started arriving. The Peronis were properly cold and the food was excellent. Checking out was quick and easy, with smiley faces all round. I could not find any fault in the entire experience, which is maybe a reason why many folk do not bother to leave a review? Voir le carte
