"Pleasant restaurant of the Hotel de la Paix. The starter, apart from a good salad of toasted nuts, was the curious Küchenzauber that includes a variety of different dishes: a battered fish, two magnificent tartars, one with meat and the other with avocado and tomato, an excellent roast beef and in between On the plate, a fruit skewer with a small plate at the base with tartar sauce, as well as a delicious ham and cheese sauce and curiously a small cup of white garlic; to play with combinations. The second was the traditional Fritschipastete, an exquisite puff pastry filled with mushrooms, pieces of meat and beef sausage and lots of vegetables, all in a cognac sauce; filling dish, perfect for sharing. Very delicious raspberry tiramisu and coffee ice cream. Good wines, well chosen and good service."
