Pizza Hut - Carte

I had a wonderful lunch today. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. Although it wasn't something I would typically choose myself, I would definitely visit this restaurant again. It was clean and accommodating.

Honestly better off buying frozen pizza. Understaffed and disorganised workers probs don’t even know how to tie their shoe laces. Waited a hour for our dessert and that’s when we called it quits and left. Absolute shambles of a place that’s now made me clinically...depressed. Cheers

The restaurant was not busy, but it took hours to receive our two-course meal. We had to order both courses twice because our original orders were not understood or remembered. In the end, we were served wrong or additional dishes, including a pudding that was intended for another table that had already left. When we pointed out the mistake, the server responded dismissively, saying it was just cheap stuff. I would probably opt for takeout from this Pizza Hut in the future. Voir le carte

So disappointed about my visit to Pizza Hut today After long wait behind a table waitress come to say they haven't got orange juice. No problem it happens. Then COLD , UNCOOKED pizza arrives with very poor toppings, no taste all. My nephew...cooks better pizza! You need to beg for dips even when you've ordered and paid for it already. They brought teaspoon of sweet-chilly souce for people. Didn't stay for ordered/paid dessert as had to go and eat somewhere else. Unbelievable lack of customer care. First and last visit to that franchise!

Went here for the first time in many years , for a birthday meal . When seated was ok got told to order on line and pay before the food came, covid related I assume. Was extremely expensive! For what we got. It was edible...nothing special . The quality has gone down hill over the years.. The salad bar was poor. The dirt and mess was just allful around the icecream bar . There was icecream on floor under our table. Cutlery on the table was dirty had dried food on it. . A staff member came to wipe the side down but wasn't a great hygienic job... Felt dirty when I left wasn't a nice relaxing meal.. Just not going to be going back ever or say to anyone they should go was very disappointed .

My friends and I went to Pizza Hut for a meal. The restaurant was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of staff on duty. However, we were not informed that we could help ourselves to the salad bar and only realized it when we saw other customers doing so. We had to wait for a long time for our table to be cleared and for our desserts to be served, even after I went to the bar to request assistance. Throughout the meal, no staff or manager checked in with us and they all seemed to avoid making eye contact or responding to our attempts to get their attention. We had a day out with our two grandchildren and we decided to toPizza Hut.. The welcome we had was very good and the same chap looked after us throughout, I did not catch his name but he was a Young ginger haired lad. He...was brilliant, he explained everything in detail and even helped us out with a few things in the menu. I very rarely give a tip but I did in this case. Our pizzas were excellent and the salad bar was well stocked. If I had just one fault and that was with the pricing of the desserts, over for most of them, my grandson had the cookie dough one and it was really tiny, I would of had a dessert but decided against it purely on price, come on Pizza Hut bring the prices down to...

Our food was lovely, typical Pizza Hut food. Server seemed fine enough but the service was very very slow, even though the restaurant was relatively empty. The thing that really dampened our visit was at the end of our meal. After FINALLY getting the bill,...we were asked “you can tip on cash or card, which one would you like?” Weren’t even given the OPTION to tip or not. Absolutely disgraceful, we were so uncomfortable. The server held onto the card machine and asked us how much. Weren’t even given the machine!!! We had been to Pizza Hut the week before and were able to use the app to order but we weren’t even given the option, clearly the waiter was just after as many tips as he could get....

Ok so firstly, you can only order on their website. No problem I thought but then they make you sign up giving name, address and inside leg measurement. I only want a pizza! I understand there is a need to contact trace but they got...my telephone number when I booked the table and I signed in using the COVID app. So minutes later after finally ordering, I sat and watched our drinks at the bar for minutes while staff follow each other around doing nothing. After the time the walked past my drinks, I got my own. Almost an hour after sitting down, I’m still waiting for my pizza and no one around us has been served.
