Pizza Hut - Menu

I visit Pizza Hut every week with an autistic young adult, she absolutely loves this place. Hannah is the most wonderful staff member who always remembers what the young adult has answered really goes out her way for us. The food is always great and the services is brilliant.

We were received by a really lovely polite waiter. We had a voucher and he said this was not a problem and he would add at the end, which he did. There wasn't a sugar free drink on the kids menu so he let me order sparkling water and didn't charge for this. The food came in good time, was hot and delicious. Will definitely be coming here again!

Visited the Eastbourne branch today for a family buffet lunch. Only to be told that you now have to use an app from the table and they do not take cash... As i only had cash on me i had to let my family down and treat them all to a McDonald 's instead. Not a happy customer and will not be returning untill you decide to take the queens currency. May i ask everyone else to do the same.

We came here with the expectation of using meerkat meals discount. We said our intention of using this before we made our order. When we came to pay, we were told they no longer accept meerkat discount and there's nothing they can do about it. The manager actually started to get hostile when I pointed out false advertising and showed it to him on the meerkat app. He didn't care in the slightest.

Went for my daughters 9th birthday with five of her friends, myself, my son my husband. Our waiter was Ali the service was absolutely exceptional! He was polite friendly got down to the childrens level. The food was served quickly and piping hot and was exactly as ordered. Ali also automatically put our food order through to save us the most money (I.e bundled stuff to complete an offer, rather than how we ordered it as individual items) All in all, could not ask for more.

Due to covid you have to order your pizza using the QR code, what a faff what if you don’t have a smartphone, if my husband hadn’t been with me then I would have left, I feel this is Pizza huts way of employing less staff, the staff have to bring your bowls for salad, drink glass food over to you so why not come over to take your order. The salad was a disappointment the lettuce was more like cabbage. The pizza was tasty hot the garlic bread with cheese was a bit tight on the garlic cheese.

We came in here just after 6pm and ordered two pizzas straight away. After nearly half an hour we asked the server when our meals were coming. He said they were just coming. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing came. They had clearly not put the order in as the place was three quarters empty. We heard another table asking about their order as well. At this point we said we’d pay for the drinks and go. Bizarrely, they asked us if we’d like to take the pizzas away, despite there still being no sign of it coming. It looked like the team was too young and inexperienced with no one in charge. Such a shame as we usually get great service at PizzaExpresses in London.

I visited Pizza hut with my partner as she loves Pizza Hut pizza. As I'm not a lover of Pizza i thought i would have the Ribs as advertised on the window outside. when we went in, we asked the waitress what were the options for someone who did not want pizza could i have the Ribs, we were told they don't do ribs anymore but you can have the sides. so we decided to try them. the menu i was given was a poorly copied black and white menu which was hard to read. We arrived early having booked previously online. They were happy to accommodate us though as there were plenty of available tables. The waitress we started with seemed very attentive, polite and eager to help. We gave her our order written on a piece of paper. She read it back to us and we corrected her mistakes in reading it. We said please come back and check with us anything that you are unsure about. We were a party of 6 so it wasn't completely straightforward. She never came back to us with any issues.
