the staff was nice and friendly. the food came hot and well cooked. the children liked the unlimited drinks and diy ice cream. the salat seemed late in the night fresh (we were the last customers. the toilets were clean. very satisfied, thank you.

I placed a £40 delivery with Pizza Hut. The food didn’t arrive although marked as delivered. I called 20+ times and no awnser. Tried again the day after and still no response. How are people supposed to contact them?!?! Still haven’t gotten my money back. Terrible service and starving kids won’t be ordering again!

Not accepting cash as a payment option! Salad bar looked like it had seen better days. Pizza was awful! So thin, no real base at all and tasteless. As mentioned in a previous review a supermarket pizza would be better quality. Most shocking though was that in an Italian themed restaurant there was no black pepper seriously disappointing visit… Voir le carte

a good thing in chain restaurants is consistency in food and presentation. the children's menu is still a big hit with children. I found very convenient the fact that they can begin their order after scanning a QR code in the table. but the pizza hat in the free time of the fife park (dunfermline) has a difference: the personal is friendly and welcoming. that makes her family eating experience much better.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and the server was friendly enough to inform us about a special deal that included our order plus extras for a discounted price. I was grateful for this gesture as we had not noticed the offer on the menu. We were told there would be a 20-minute wait for our order, which was fine. The food was delicious overall, but the garlic bread was unfortunately dry and lacking in flavor.

the pizza was tasty, nice crispy, a bit skating with the beats. the salatbar had a reasonable choice, but it had the feeling, mass-saving about it (of course it is) the personal was excellent, welcoming and efficient, prices were 'ok' and the children loved the ice factory. children will love it, maybe not so much adult, but they know what they get. toilets were clean and well maintained. the decor was good and the place was clean. sat with the family to lunch buffet and had a very bad experience. the restaurant was not busy at the time when we were sitting, but the table had not been cleaned before we were sitting, it had to clean it with fabric and spray on the waiter's station. had to ask for a little glasses and had to collect serviette and fork from other tables. Buffet selection was slim and it took time for them to replace pizza. overall disappointing experience and for almost £20 a person would expect them better. 1 star because the staff was polite.

The price of £21 for a simple Margherita pizza, fries, and a bottomless drink was reasonable, but the lack of toppings on the pizza was disappointing. The quality of the food was comparable to supermarket pizzas, but at a higher cost. The fries had a surprising spicy flavor and the Sprite was not enjoyable, likely a cheaper alternative. Despite the food not being worth the visit, the staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering online through a QR code on the table made the process easier for the staff. Overall, I won't be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon due to the overpriced, average quality food.

The food was what we expected, cannot complain about that! On the other hand, the customer service is a hit or miss depending on what server you receive. We did notice a tall, slim, blonde young girl server, who was polite, helpful and informative. But we received the young, blonde,small young server with fake eyelashes and a bad attitude. As customers who also work in the hospitality industry we are always polite and understanding to staff, as we know what the work can be like. Regardless of how polite we were as customers she was not having it. Her eyes were rolling at us, and didn’t even do the bare minimum as to bring over the pizzas to us (as we ordered via QR code to avoid having her o... Voir le carte
