"OK, so this is ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review, right? And they’re all the same, aren’t they? Well in my experience they’re pretty much of a muchness. BUT this is the first visit we’ve had to this particular restaurant. From the moment we opened...the door and were second in the queue and the Manager checked on us and said he’d be right back to the moment we left and he made a point of thanking us and saying goodbye, we had the best experience. So good that I made a point of reviewing which for ‘just’ a Pizza Hut I wouldn’t normally do. This Manager, and his team, were non stop. The polite and efficient service, the explanations of the process of ordering and paying, the check backs, the food quality. Service with a smile and a chat. Not too intrusive just right. The whole lot was just top drawer. Had a few word with the Manager to pass my thoughts on to him. Wanted him to know first hand that his own very obvious work ethic was so positive to see and obviously rubbed off on his team. He said most had been with him for years. He also said that he was leaving the firm after years early retirement. He was an example to his staff. Leading from the front. Down in the trenches with them. Everyone deserves to retire, but if you take our advice Pizza Hut senior management, you’ll convince this man to stay and have him train your Managers on how to not only manage, but how to lead. Not on how to deal with the public but how to meaningfully engage with the public. My wife and I are both senior managers in different public facing organisations. This guy was just exceptional. I think his name was Stuart/Stewart. Sometimes the simplest things mean the most. So, as I said this wasn’t ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review because this wasn’t ‘just’ a normal Pizza Hut."

The service was prompt, the table was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza arrived quickly and was delicious. It was not too pricey. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The portion sizes are generous. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair for what you receive. The only letdown was that they were out of mushrooms. It was surprising that they ran out of such a common pizza topping.

All ok until we got home! The place was dead only tables. Easy to order on an app food was lovely the man serving was lovely but we got sick partner was sick and I had bad stomach when we got in. Maybe...we ate too much?

Got a delivery from wing Street, pizza hut and they got the delivery wrong but was very happy with how they dealt with the problem as they gave us everything that was missing and super quick. Wings and food was very good as well thank...you Voir le carte

eating well, never had a bad experience to date. English man who served us could do with some lections in customer service, as he is super rude, we will certainly not be back to talk with the kind he talks with people. real shame...as everyone closes.

We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant did not have chicken, jalapeños, or corn on the cob after we placed our order. We had to make changes to our order, which was frustrating. Despite this, the food was decent but nothing extraordinary.

Booked our table via website.. Very easy to do. Arrived and all protocols were explained to us including how to order. Order made via the app. Drinks arrived very promptly and food didn't take long at all. All was great with our food and the...staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back. on December for buffet lunch to say that it was closed because of the new restrictions. I can't get this, as we were told at the time, order her to eat from the menu and help her herself in the buffet salat bar. absolutely shocking by pizza hut falkirk was the manager also very rude and did not want to help anyone.

if you visit or a local one avoids this place to all taste. nothing more than expensive frozen mash. platz also has no quantity to offer in terms of drinks. I was here with my wife and year old and everyone had. ro sitting with licking on it was so cold. positiw I have about the place, the staff is good with us. please try other great facilities in the city that are much more worth for money.
