Pizza Express Arundel

My wife is disabled and the staff were fantastic treating her with every respect .They couldnt do enough for us.The food was great and the xperience was exceptional.Sorry I dont know their names but the manageress and one of the waiters were first rate.Thank you.

The staff is lovely, and the food is consistently good. Our waitress, Poppy, was efficient and friendly. There are great gluten-free options available. There is a nice outdoor courtyard to dine in, though it could use some weeding. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch.

Today we celebrated our daughter's birthday party at this restaurant and I want to thank James and Poppy for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, friendly with all the children, and very professional. I am truly grateful for their efforts, as everyone had a fantastic time.

No booking on the bank holiday weekend and thank you to the group of 8 who the restaurant kept a table for....over an hour! When we arrived we were welcomed by Emma who separated the tables and looked after us all evening . You are a joy. Lovely Romania pizzas good wine and a relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Bruschetta over done beginning to blacken. 1 guests starter only arrived when everyone had finished. Pizza missing the extra toppings requested. No cutlery given for main course. It was received after having to ask 3 times. Warm chocolate brownie was warmed up, but left on the side to go cold again. Restaurant freezing. Pretty poor all round really.

We had a birthday lunch for my husband today with my friends and it was an amazing experience. The two staff who served us Abi Poppy, were very kind and friendly. They assisted us in preparing the birthday cake and singing the birthday song for my husband. He was surprisingly delighted with his birthday lunch. Highly commended Abi and Poppy for their excellent service!

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, but there was a bit of a wait. Surprisingly, the Pizza Express I purchased at Sainsbury's was better than the one served in the restaurant. The thin crust in the restaurant was very tough, making it difficult to cut through. It was also lacking toppings. In contrast, the Sainsbury's pizza had generous toppings and a slightly thicker crust while still being thin. It was much easier to cut and tasted better. Additionally, it was more affordable.

We were shown to our table straight away but before we could take our coats off and sit down the server was asking to take our drink order. We suggested to her it would be nice to sit down and see the menu first. The food was average but £15 for lasagne seems very expensive. We had coffee but that was very disappointing. £3.25 for a cup of weak americano in an Italian restaurant is not good. It looked and tasted more like instant coffee. My cappuccino was much the same and only warm. We mentioned it to our server and he suggested we posted a review on line…so we have. Probably not the best way to deal with an issue.

Arrived a few minutes early for my daughters Birthday and got told we would have to sit by the wall. The chair would not pull out without me having to sit at an angle with the wall in my back. The water glasses were filthy not that any water was offered) and we placed our order. My daughter asked for the polenta fries with her vegan pizza and we ordered what we wanted. The pizza's arrived minus the fries. I asked for Parmesan and that never arrived. At the end of the meal we mentioned things were't right and got told if we wait they would make some fries for us. We declined and ordered dessert. Mine arrived minus the chocolate straw advertised on the menu and my daughters brownie never came....
