Great meal and prompt service. Thank you! The guy who served us was nice and friendly and we had the perfect seat in the corner. Only negative was that the seats need recovering but I'm sure they're on the case!

We've been here before and had good food. Tonight I sent my undercooked , limp, pizza back. They put it back in the oven and it came back rubbery, like yesterday's pizza reheated. Awful, won't rush back. Not happy.

We were at Bow street Pizza express on Wednesday 13.12.23 for lunch and Alexander our waiter was fantastic, so kind, helpful and attentive. He was 5 star. The food was really tasty and we will definitely go back. Thank you. Voir le carte

I can't give a rating for the food as we didn't have the chance to try it. The wait for someone to take our order was too long. When someone finally came, she argued about me not having my own drink, which was water with electrolytes, while dining in. They didn't even try to keep us when we decided to leave.

The food service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Our food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold. We had ordered 2 pizzas, which took about 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. When our server brought the food, he explained that he had forgotten to bring it out sooner. I find it hard to believe that it would take so long for 2 pizzas to be prepared. Additionally, if my pizza cost £16, I would expect it to at least be hot. We requested that my pizza be removed from the bill, which seemed fair. Overall, I was disappointed with the high prices at this restaurant, particularly £10 for 6 cold dough balls. We arrived late for our reserved table due to traffic. We were shown to our table and our waiter came to take our order minutes later. We explained that we only had about half an hour due to being so late and needing to get to our show. Our waiter was amazing! He put our orders through immediately and food and drinks arrived minutes later, despite the restaurant being so full, they were turning people away. Our waiter arranged for us to pay our bill in advance of the food arriving, so as to make it quick and easy to leave once we had finished dining. Food arrived hot and was enjoyable.
