Pizza Express - Carte

A great sunny lunchtime spent in the beautiful courtyard garden here. Food was fantastic and Sally was so helpful and smiley- she really made our visit.

Went with family and friends for husband's birthday. Lovely food. Excellent service all round and they were busy too but we were still looked after very well.

Nicely cooked flavoursome Pizza. Very friendly staff, we were the last customers of the evening but we weren’t rushed and staff were happy to chat. Overall a very positive experience and definitely worth a return next time we are in the area. Thank you Voir le carte

Visited pizza express in stratford today. Food was excellent as always but have to say that the service was exceptional. Friendly welcoming staff in particular 'sally ' nothing was to much trouble. Just above and beyond made a pleasant mid day meal special. Many thanks

Restaurant has a lively, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the pizzas were served quickly and spot on, noting that even when we made a mistake with our order Magda was able to readily sort it out. On that note, thank you Magda for making it a special evening and ensuring our daughter was especially looked after. We will visit again soon.

We’ve all been to different branches of Pizza Express and know that the quality of both the food and the service varies. This particular example is well situated in the centre of Stratford, is a nice looking restaurant and we went in because my friend really wanted pizza. We enjoyed 2 delicious and freshly cooked pizzas together with friendly and efficient service. Would definitely visit again. Voir le carte

Food was either unavailable or late coming. We waited an hour for our first courses to arrive. Not enough dough balls were supplied. The drink my wife wanted was unavailable as was the dessert I wanted later. The pasta dish I ordered had obviously been kept under a heat lamp for a long time as the sauce was very stringy. The restaurant was not particularly busy but there was a constant stream of deliveries going out which seemed to get priority. I have eaten in Pizza Express before and been very pleased but this experience was at the other end of the scale.

Visited last Wednesday for my daughter 's 18th birthday. The coldest restaurant I have ever been to. We sat for over half an hour before being asked our drinks and a further hour for food! The food nice but inferior to other pizza express we have visited. On going to pay a tip the waitress informed me she had already added £17 to for herself to the bill which I had already paid! I left a Google review the owner commented saying they wasn 't happy about this and could I email them and that email bounced back so I emailed the manager of the restaurant who didn 't bother to reply. Shocking service will not be returning not will anyone in my large party. ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩ ⁩

The experience on 28 September @1300 me and my friend had to day ,the worst experience we have ever encountered, firstly we tried to order our pizza as a takeaway and she ignored us and kept us waiting, when we finally tried to order she started talking a language to her cook that nobody else couldn't understand, and then tried to look down her nose at us ,really horrible lady ,in all honesty she looked like she had been out on the town all night as she stank of alcohol and B. O ,bit of deodorant wouldn't harm ,I would never come back here if it was the last place on earth, as the manager was a horrible, rude and unprofessional, she should get a job in the prison service as this would be mor...
