Pizza Express - Carte

Went for a late lunch in Hatfield. Both of us had Pizza’s and my Calebrase pizza was exceptional. Great service, friendly staff worth a visit!

The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful with using the Pizza Express app. I will definitely be returning soon.

Brought my wife and daughters for a dinner. Ordered a pizza, a kid dinner set and a pasta. Very efficient service, food are nice and in a big size, very friendly and polite staff. Must come back for another night! Voir le carte

I’ve been to many different Milano’s and Pizza express’s in different location’s and all the experiences I’ve had with them have been great so far. But this one wasn’t the greatest. Our waiter was nice and lovely however the food could’ve been better!

I recently held my daughter's birthday party at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic with the kids, going above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. They were friendly, approachable, and made the event enjoyable for all. They even helped with cutting the birthday cake. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After expressing our dissatisfaction to the manager, we were met with disagreement. When we paid the bill via the app, the manager returned to inform us that we had paid too quickly and missed out on a discount. His behavior was incredibly rude and as a result, we will not be returning to this establishment. Voir le carte

Went to pizza express prior to a movie with my wife and kids for my wife’s birthday. Blanked by the staff for 15mins , eventually got some drinks . That’s when we noticed a huge takeaway order going out , prob 100 pizzas! The upshot , no one in the restaurant got fed . We left with an apology from the hapless manager, along with a few other tables , we had all booked our meals . Had to have a rushed McDonald’s , in the 10 minutes we had left before our movie.‘unbelievable service , ruined our and a few other nights . I’ll definitely never set foot in pizza express again after this .

Popped for a pizza and a drink on our way to the cinema. Waitress was pleasant and got the order correct. What wasn’t good was the fact that the pizza took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive almost making us late for the cinema. There was a steady stream of pizzas going out of the door to delivery drivers who took precedence over the restaurant. I have no issue with delivery and you taking orders but if you cannot meet demand then you need to stop taking orders until you have caught up. You need to look after your restaurant customers too. Your restaurant is not cheap to eat in so we do expect good service all around. Food was nice when it arrived although one of the pizzas was quite burnt...

We went as a group of 10 and they waitress at the door accommodated for us very well after welcoming us nicely to the restaurant. The starters were the same as other branches but the pizza toppings certainly slacked a little in comparison to other pizza express restaurants and very slightly different in flavour too. Although it was all nice still. The younger staff certainly need to be more attentive and efficient. We had to ask for anything we would need and you can see there was a lack of confidence in them. For example they would hide away from the tables when not working and you need eyes to see if you see empty glasses on the tables to offer more drinks etc, and starter plates were left...
