Lovely evening out with family. Excellent food and service. The manager was exceptional as was the young lady who made the coffees and served the deserts. Will definitely return.

A very small staff team did a great job, remaining calm and cheerful throughout. We were informed on arrival it might take a while but we didn't mind at all as the restaurant was nice and warm and the food very good. A nice treat for us.

Telephone service aweful, he was hot and bothered too busy to be friendly, I asked for 2 pizzas with added mushrooms, service was horrible, place too busy, pizzas wayyy too expensive, could have gotten 4 Aldi pizzas for the same price!! Nothing special there!!

The Pizza Express chain allows us to have consistency wherever we are around the country and my wife greatly enjoys their vegan mozarella (she 's very fussy about vegan cheese, which she generally feels isn 't realy there yet . Good service and a no-brainer when we 're in the area.

This branch is always very busy but they have a lack of competition to deal with. The food is fine and the service is OK but there is clutter about in the corner of the restaurant. This clutter appears to be kitchen related pots etc. The toilets appeared clean but there are signs of wear and tear.

First time ever in a pizza express and thanks to both the excellent service and food won't be the last .greeted at door by a lovely man who showed us to our table made us aware of kids menu our waitress was both patient and inter reactive with my two young granddaughters .helped with food suggestions and boy was she right ..and to top the afternoon off used our clubcard vouchers ..Best £100 spent in a long time

Visited with a friend for lunch with our children. Her son has numerous serious allergies, and she often comes here as she feels in safe hands. From the start, it was clear this was a need that the whole team, from the waitress, to the kitchen and to the manager, were all on top of. My friend was able to adapt all menu options to suit her son. The drinks came promptly, followed quickly by our starters and freshly prepared mains (it’s great to see the kitchen working as you wait and making pizzas from scratch). The whole visit was relaxed and exactly what is needed for a catch up with friends and young children.

Yesterday evening, as a treat for my husband and daughter who are recovering from Covid, I ordered online a meal from Pizza Express, Hastings. The meal, that comprised starters, mains, sides and dessert, cost £92.78. I received email confirmation of my order and a text message from Uber Direct as to when delivery to our home would be expected. At the expected time, I waited at my front door to collect the delivery. Then the text notification indicated a later time for delivery so I returned to my front door at that time.
