"Dear Burggraf team, dear guests, as always with such reviews I would like to anticipate one thing, namely that I usually feel compelled only with very good or very bad experiences to make a kind of assessment. In this case, however, I cannot avoid sharing my experiences. But we're coming to dinner. In the last half of the year I had the opportunity to experience the Burggraf team (both à la carte and various events in action). And what I have experienced is very difficult to put into words. Because not only individual points are clearly mentioned (such as the excellent quality of food, the great service, the wonderful location, ... that for me this ingenious experience, but the composition of such small things that are mixed with the feelings that are being transported. The short version of my review is: brilliant, please feel free to experience yourself. Ideal min. 1x à la Carte and 1x at one of the many events. The long version follows: The ambience: The ambience in the place is (in my opinion is brilliant). Started by as small things as the big (Laguiole?! Knives, beverage carafes, original and well-tuned interiors, etc. Only the structurally high noise level can be somewhat disturbing depending on the load. Staff and Service: I can't say anything here except HERVORRAGEND. The staff was barely nice, very attentive and the _ohne_apparent. This also applies in particular to the head of the house. He always seems beautiful and spreads an ingenious and loose atmosphere. He is always with advice and deed about meat and his preparation and explains everything you need to know about grills and steaks. Food and Beverage: I think it's enough to say that the Burggraf team deserves the name Meatheaven! But I also have to mention that not only the meat is an absolute top class. Also beer, dessert and the supplements are top category. My conclusion: The team of Burggraf Bräu managed what I would not have thought possible. It has banished my two top drivers in the Steak Barbecue category to second place. And DAS wants to say something, because the other two restaurants are also absolute weights in their respective category. "Letzten Sonntag wieder Mal beim absoluten Lieblingsinder bzw. dessen Lokal gewesen... zunächst... wir besuchen das Lokal seit etwa 15 Jahren und waren -bis auf Kleinigkeiten- immer Glücklich und somit bei 5 Sternen! diesmal bestellte ich Huhn mit Gemüse aus dem Tandori (Nr.40) und war etwas Enttäuscht... das legendäre Fladenbrot kam nach der Vorspeise und nach/mit dem Hauptgang... das Fleisch war wie immer- Gut, aber das Gemüse war Zwiebel, Lauch und Lauchzwiebel...5 rote megadünne Streifen... rote Beete? und 4 mal 4 qcm Zucchini... ich stehe auf Zwiebel und Co, aber es war sonst nix mehr zu schmecken, auch meine ich, das in der Vergangenheit zumindest Paprika, evtl. Pilze mit dabei waren... das die Preise steigen (so auch Hier) ist völlig Normal, sowohl im EK als auch im Lokal, aber man sollte nicht dermaßen an den Beilagen sparen! klar gehe ich weiterhin zum India Palace , allerdings hoffe ich auf die eigentlich gewohnte Qualität und Abwechslung in den Speisen!"

"Wir waren aufgrund eines Projektabschlusses mit neun Personen unter der Woche zu Gast.Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende freundlich, immer greifbar sowie aufmerksam. Bei einer Nachzüglerbestellung wurde etwas vergessen der Küche mitzuteilen was die Kellnerin gleich auf ihre Kappe nahm und eine alternative anbat. Trotz das draußen alles besetzt war, wurde die alternative Beilage umgehend gebracht.Zum Essen: viele hatten das Brauhaussteak was leider in meinem Fall nicht Medium rare gebraten war aber dennoch lecker und schön saftig. Auch der Salat war frisch und das Dressing lecker. Davon war etwas wenig über dem Salat aber ok. Die Bratkartoffeln waren gut gebraten und auch das Schnitzel mit Kochkäse sowie die Salate waren von der Portion auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Etwas verwunderlich war allerdings das das Nachzügler Steak sehr eindeutig größer war als die anderen zuvor. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnises ist in jedem Fall gut.An sich war das Lokal gemütlich gestaltet, ordentlich und auch die Toiletten waren trotz der vielen Gäste sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt.Alles in allem super um einen Arbeitstag bei guten Essen ausklingen zu lassen."

"Pure disappointment! We used to like to come to this place, but were now completely disappointed!The menu was halved, the quality was drastically reduced. The prices were significantly increased.The Cordon Bleu was unfortunately completely desalinated, while the Wiener Schnitzel was very tasteless and dry. The salads consisted only of Lollo Salat, which unfortunately had nothing to do with a mixed salad. For this, the seedlings were also too sour from the glass and the dressing. The wine was also less enjoyable for the price. Finally, the paper and soap was empty on the toilet, while the boss at the bar tasted his evening beer."

"I was there for lunch in the beer garden. for the time there is the lunch offer. always changing dishes, 2 courses for 10 €. that you can't expect too much was clear, but if I go to lunch, I don't want to cook anything after that. the portions were so small that both of them would have gone through as an appetizer. I had as an appetizer suppe (3 el) and as a main dish noodle with rucola and flow cancers. (4 gables full and the rucola and was suddenly mangold). when I spoke the service on it I got only a freche answer. is only lunchtime, for the price I can no longer expect. that has upset me. something like this can be avoided all day. Conclusion: You can eat well and expensive there, but the lunch table is not recommended. Unless you go to the baker again."
