"We arrived pretty late to Munich, we had already dinner in the train but we wanted to have a cocktail before going to bed. We found this bar opened, it was around 12am and so we walk in. The lady was kind and we had an Apperol and a glass of red wine (it was not in a good temperature). We wanted old fashioned but they did not have it! The place was not so nice, it was more a disco than a bar! Music was pretty loud. Llegamos a Múnich tarde a la noche, ya habíamos cenado en el tren pero queríamos tomar un cocktail antes de irnos a dormir. Encontramos este bar abierto aún, eran las 12am aprox y decidimos entrar. La moza fue muy amable y ordenamos un apperol y una copa de vino tinto (no tenía la mejor temperatura). Queríamos un old fashioned pero no tenían! El lugar no era muy lindo, era mas un boliche que un bar! La música estaba bastante fuerte."

Awesome spot across from our hotel. Great trendy vibe and good drinks at very reasonable prices. Our margarita pizza was just what we were looking for after a break of traditional German food

Loved the ambiance of H'ugo's! My steak was phenomenal and their wine list was right up my alley. Great music, fun spot, staff was amazing. If you love Moet, this is the spot for you as well! I will say we went relatively early in the evening on a Thursday, so it wasn't busy, but I would imagine it could get busy on weekends.

Nice location, in the centre of the city. But very cold dishes and stupid waiters, for 10 minutes we tried to explain in English which drink we want to have. Very small portions, such a feeling that it was a pity to put more avocados, and at least heat the food. Crazy experience. Nice location in the city center across from the Bayerischer Hof. The wine bar out front and pizza bar out the back. Menu is quite nice with a good selection of starters, mains and pizzas. They also have a daily lunch special, commonly found across Munich restaurants. Service was good and the pizza was good. Outdoor seating area is also very nice and sheltered for bad weather days. The pastas coming out of the kitchen also look well prepared. Overall a decent place to dine when in the area.

Wonderful place for champagne, wine, a cocktail, appetizers or dinner. We came 2 nights during our 4 night stay in Munich. We loved the ambiance and the wine selection, and I really loved the champagne. The staff was extremely nice to us, and all spoke German, Italian, and English. We had the same bartender both nights and he was so nice to us and made sure we had a nice time. Will definitely be back and recommend H 'ugo 's to anyone looking for a nice place for drinks, dinner, or both!
