The guy tried to force us to take three dishes (more expensive) when I clearly told him just two. He still did not listen and put...something on my plate that first, I did not want and second, I did not instruct him to put. He added it and removed it later. This happened three times because he was pretending to not understand English. I ended up with my plate full of a mixture of curries. I was tolerant and accepted it. Later He tried to charge me for three dishes, my friend for a beer and another friend for a large soup instead of a small soup. When I tried to protest he did not argue and changed it to the lower price clearing any doubts about his dishonesty. HE/HIM The guy with makeup(probably the owner or manager). FOOD: Nothing special."

This is my go-to place when I want something quick and tasty. Very tasty food and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

The cashier often refuses cash and they mix up orders made over the phone (once it happened that they made chicken instead of beef pho and this time they made one pho instead of three even though I emphasized 3 or 4 times that I wanted three)

Für ein kleines Fastfoodrestaurant überzeugt mich dieses Lokal. Das Essen ist fein und für Zürich preiswert. Man hat mich sogar gefragt, ob ich mehr Reis wolle. Ausserdem kommt das Personal aus dem Vietnam, was dem Lokal einen authentischen Flair gibt. Voir le carte

Selten einen "Vietnamesen" gesehen der so schlecht war.Die Bedienung ein Mann/Frau man weiss es nicht genau sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Das Essen. Ich wurde noch nie angeschnauzt das ich vietnamesisch bestelle und nicht thailändisch in einem Restaurant das Petit Saigon heisst!! Tja, und das thailändische war dann auch noch schlecht. Essen sehr gut, Preis-Leistung für Zürich stimmt. Gut gelegen, ich arbeite gerade in der Nähe. Ich vermisse aber beim Personal ein Lächeln, die „panasiatische Freundlichkeit“, wie auch die Zuvorkommenheit. Jüngere Dame, welche praktisch täglich arbeitet, wirkt eher genervt, bzw. man hat manchmal das Gefühl, sie lästert über die Kunden. Sehr schade! Hoffentlich lässt sich das Personal ein wenig motivieren :

I went in there today, there was a drunk, disrespectful woman with a make up of a clown there, she was chatting with like 10 minutes while I was waiting in line alone) then said once or twice “ Ich komme, kein stress” , I was waiting calmly, then when finally it was my turn, I I showed her from the Uber menu which dish I wanted and she tried to push me in the kitchen to talk to the chef, but she said it in a terrible manner , I told her to learn to be respectful went to eat somewhere else. unerhört, unverschämt, unfreundlich Liebe Petit Saigon's Geschäftsleitung Ich stand gestern Mittag an der Kasse und wollte meine Bestellung rasch bezahlen damit ich rechtzeitig zurück zur Arbeit gehen kann. Stattdessen wurde ich von der unverschämte und zutiefst unfreundliche Kassiererin IGNORIERT und sie unterhielt sich SCHREIEND mit dem Kollegen in der Küche. ich empfinde ein solches respektloses Verhalten gegenüber Kunden TOTAL DANEBEN. Sowohl ich und meine Arbeitskollegen werden Ihr Lokal vermeiden

I'm not sure if it's because I'm Vietnamese and got an authentic meal here, but I really enjoyed the food and found it as good as any in a decent restaurant in California. We had tasty and fresh goi cuon and both the pho and.. bun cha gio were delicious. Actually, the goi cuon was tastier than many I've had in San Jose! And for those who don't know, pho often comes with rare beef, and the boiling broth cooks the meat. It's not a mistake to get meat like that; you're supposed to dunk your beef to cook it in the broth. I thought this was a very good Vietnamese restaurant, and I'd happily return if I came back to Zurich.
