The delivery arrived very late and all the food was very cold it was soggy and it felt like it is two days old food.

food was dry, small portions, ended up having to order another takeaway! was looking forward to this, very disappointing

The customer service was appalling and the wait times are ridiculous but the food is nice . Staff wernt kind not rude . Didn't make the customers feel welcomed . The prices are abit overpriced I must say

We paid for the food waited inside for 20 minutes and they didn't even cook our food yet . Staff said that we didn't pay when I tapped me card . I even showed them my bank statement online and they said there's nothing they could do . And then they were rude to me and my family . Order through Just Eat. Never tried it before but the chips were burnt to a crisp and cold on arrival. There was no mozzarella in the mozzarella sticks. I wish i took photos before I threw it away! The lemon and herb sauce on the chicken tasted weird and the texture of the sauce was odd as well. Wasnt exoected. 3 meals were ordered and it couldn't be finished. First time trying this food and won't be a returning customer.

Got a takeaway yesterday. These guys took 40 minutes for my order not only that, they forgot the chips to the meal but charged me. food is just terrible used to be decent before, the staff need to be taught how to actually work in the kitchen. They can’t even label their sauces properly . When I called up about the chips they told me to come back for it, but I told them I was home, they said they’ll remember me somehow. Didn’t ask for name or anything. Just don’t to honestly, you’ll be waiter 30 mins for chicken and chips. If I was the owner I’d sack every worker In there.

What an absolute disgusting service , we have ordered so many times from here in the past , without issue . Tonight we had a missing item so one of our group (me)missed their food. The response from the staff was so rude , sarcastic , and lied. We were told by multiple staff that they definitely put the food in the bag, yet why would a big deal be made from one missing item from a meal of £30! We had a missing item and were made to feel like we were trying to get something for free , why would we report missing food as we wanted a nice family night.
