I love pepe’s food the quality is excellent Love it and recommend everyone to try once you will come again to eat

Fries tasted like they were cooked in old/dirty oil. Chicken was over cooked. Poor food quality . Ordered via deliveroo and the order was wrong

Not good experience with Pepe Bedford branch especially when it comes to home delivery order, most of time either order missing, not fresh Not recommending friends and family

I had a great experience ordering from Pepes. When I called, Runa took my order and her positive attitude really stood out. She provided excellent customer service, which I don't often see. She truly was a standout employee.

Ordered for 3 of us, chicken burger meal and two double burger meals. The app said our food was still being prepared but then received knock at door and it was delivered? Clearly been made a while and I imagine other deliveries were made before ours. The chips were completely cold, burger burnt, little imagination on perhaps putting some salad or relish with it. Dips were extremely runny. Very disappointed, won’t order again

I’ve eaten in most pepe’s and have to admit they are very highly skilled professionals and think the food is from heaven as I don’t see any other Catring business on midland road as good as pepe’s there quality is 5 star as they are hygiene and presentation of the food and customer service as well as the taste everyone loves it and even if they not happy sometimes the taste of the food brings them back to pepe’s as it so addictive pepe’s.

thanks kamaljit. really impressed. had a great experience here today because of a beautiful server kamaljit. was in a hurry today and asked if she would be in a position to make the small order fast, she quoted a time frame 5 7m and actually managed to make me the order that! she was very polite and helpful with a beautiful smile. other almost food spots could learn something or two from the personal here “Dessert Island” in any case they should have rude server and terrible service!

Was looking forward to pepes we used to go all the time until it went downhill. Decided to try it again for delivery. The delivery was okay it came just in time but the food was stone cold. The chicken flavour was nice but on the bbq steak meal the chicken was so dry and it was like chewing on car tyres. It was so rubbery It was inedible just kept chewing and chewing it wouldn’t go down. It was a disappointing meal although all the items were there at least. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again though.

Disgusting Customer Service! Ordered a Family Platter and 2 Cheese Burgers. There were no Chips delivered with my Platter. Called Pepes, and they told me they were sorry but they cannot send another driver out just for 2 missing portions of Chips! I was livid when I heard that. I cannot eat the meal with one of the most important sides missing. They were adamant that they cannot send out a driver and said next time I ordered, I will get some extra! The conversation lasted for over 8 minutes and I got excuses that the manager had gone home, he cannot justify sending out a driver with just some chips, etc, etc. I told them, in that case, send the driver to come and collect the incomplete order...
