We waited for at least twenty minutes before getting our orders taken, and another twenty or so to get the food served, which is acceptable. In the end, we had to go to the counter to pay as the waiters were extremely busy and we could have easily waited another half hour to get the bill. All in all, this place is not bad, price is on the average side, as well as food and service. I would have rated out of stars but knowing how reviews are seen i think that out of is fair. My girlfriend disagrees and says is being generous."

Ate here while spending the evening in Füssen with family. Very busy, but restaurant was accommodating for group of with no reservations. They found us a spot and served us a very good meal with great service. Thank you.

we had a great pizza (the kitchen was just perfect) and a pfeffersoße bark. both were excellent. very friendly. the only negative problem, we had to wait far too long to wait the meals (inner time) they seemed a bit not good...organized, and restaurant was quite full. It is still a question of oraganization, and that could be improved.

let me begin by saying best mustache in feet! after a visit in the castle Neuschwanstein was our family hungry and had time before our train arrived. we ordered a few pizzas and a pasta dish. the food was delicious and the service was very...friendly they were attentive to the food allergy needs of my daughter. I'm not going anywhere. they will not be disappointed.

We were At neuschwanstein and headed back for the train and thought to get a takeaway pizza for the journey. The pizza was ready in and tasted pretty good. But the service welcome we received in placing a ‘takeaway order’ was purely abysmal....You’ve probably read plenty reviews of bad service and unwelcoming staff anyway, but if you are simply looking for a decent pizza, you can still go here!

this place is a safer bet than the rating might recommend. remember that it is not the usa Europe and that is an average Italian restaurant for Germany (which means great according to most US standards). This restaurant is located along the main road in Fussen, about a block from parking garage Restaurant is quaint as you can sit and watch the chef preparing the food and cooking the pizza. We ate here twice because the pizza was so good....The first night we had a Quattro Formaggi Cheese) pizza with red onions added plus a Gorgonzola pizza with salami/pepperoni and red onion. Both were some of the best pizzas we've had in Europe. The second visit we had just the latter pizza and it was also excellent. Service was very friendly and efficient.

Service was bad. We visited the castle during the day and went there at night before catching the train home. Took them to come to our table, the man took his pen out and before we could order table next to us said something...in German so he turned to them and took extra orders from them (they were already eating). It was another good of laughing and chatting before he got his attention back to us. His service was blatantly bad that gave off the impression that he owned/managed the place. Food was average, if you had proper Italian food before you would be disappointed.
