"Abbiamo pranzato qui ispirati dal locale e abbiamo fatto centro. Cibo spettacolare, pesce freschissimo. Personale cordiale ed educato, sempre sorridente. Orecchiette al ragù da togliere il fiato. "There are places that seem to escape the canonical evaluation parameters. The Donlù restaurant of the Donato brothers and Luca is an example. In the heart of the historic centre of Vieste, close to the famous Seggio square, is located this sophisticated restaurant with incredible views, able to catapult the adventure of an almost unique sensorial dimension, a fairytale seat, to be given for an important occasion or a special evening, modern decorations suggestive lighting, tables spaced with refined equipment. A special commendation is represented by the small room with overhanging windows on the sea with breathtaking views located right at the entrance of the room, without underestimating the interior room very comfortable and relaxing in part also with sea view. For some time this is the fantastic reign of chef Donato who is entrusted with the delicate task of delighting the palate of guests, equally modern always attentive to trends, able to create new formulas and different ways of making catering, a stop in the sign of tranquility and high gastronomy. Returning to the restaurant, the card is always intriguing, the references to tradition do not miss and to taste the dishes do not disappoint. There is a rich tasting menu, even in a reduced version, or you choose from an always interesting card that varies every two weeks. Opting for the tasting menu, the Tonno Battuta in savoury frill red turnip cream and salicornia, to follow a Calamaro stuffed pecorino tomato and vincotto, finally, Panciotto with smoked potato scampi and lemon candied. Level cooking and unique suggestions. These first tastes immediately define the culinary atmosphere of this magical place. Not least has been a perfect starter before the excellent spaghetti hazelnut cream red shrimp and orange, to which it was impossible to give up. To continue an Ombrina bietola fave and lemon gel of unexceptionable invoice, a triumph of flavors. Golosa closure with an excellent Tiramisù decomposed, remains really impressed. "We were very impressed by the type of location, very beautiful and unusually warm and lovely. The food was quite good, but completely overpriced for the price. It was well and delicately prepared, but for Euro 159. for two, the bottle (we were recommended a fruity white wine, but were given a sparkling wine, which we didn't complain about... was also Euro 49.00 overpriced. It's a shame the guys in the kitchen are innovative, but we ate and drank much better on our trip, under Euro 100.00"

"La paposcia è buonissima, la apprezzi ancora di più dopo averla provata anche in altri posti. Per provarla bisogna ordinarla e Tornare dopo almeno un'ora, ma vale l'attesa. I gestori sono onesti nell'esporre chiaramente le tempistiche. Buona anche la birra Vieste, non trovata il altri posti."
