Paul's Fish And Chips Bedford

The portions were generous and my fried fish was crispy and delicious. The hot chili sauce was perfect, just like always.

Since paul left food has slowly declined ordered a large fish. Got home it was so greasy the paper had stuck the batter. The paper was swimming in grease. Food often looks reheated and not to the standard paul would keep. Voir le carte

Not a happy customer, will not recommend and will never use again! Waited and thought we would double check the email of our order to find a follow up to say it had been rejected! DON’T USE waste of time 0 customer service!

As previously stated Paul's former establishment is now terrible. These people have no clue as to customer service. Which is now very poor. Not cooked to standard of before. Long waits for orders to be fulfilled. COME BACK PAUL!

orderly fish and chips and a huh schish kebab. chips were cold, salat did not come as desired and the chicken was dry, not eaten. when I wanted to discuss very rude lady at the end of the phone with restaurant. would never eat here again, absolutely disgusting service and eat. Voir le carte

not sure about these reviews, but our experience was excellent! the best fish and chips we had in a long time. fresh, hot and delicious. very fast delivery and I asked if they were so friendly to remove the skin they did and wrote a small note on the paper. the muddy heaps were also great! I have found the standard of muddy heaps to vary a lot in different takeaways, and these were a good consistency and did not look or taste artificial as some. really great service!

As a first time customer to Paul's Fish and Chips I was hugely disappointed. The food was minutes late and all had to be reheated. The chicken was very dry even before reheating and was anything but southern fired. I asked for thigh pieces...and got breast and leg instead. When I phoned to find where my order was I was treated with abruptness and the lady said she would ring me back but didn't. When I rang back twice the phone was not answered. Really poor service all round. My advice is to avoid Paul's Fish and Chips.

poor customer service and edge send out a decent meal. the ordered large chips and pancake roll was told minutes for the pancake roll, I said fine as long as I made fresh chips. the chief was not happy when I heard his answer. after his coworker mentioned it, and it turns out that they didn't make fresh chips, but they had kept me waiting for chips for almost minutes that had been sitting there for at least minutes. (I'm a cook at wat) while the chips were sitting there. that is a minimum of minutes as a whole as well as my trip to home its minutes since the chips from the frit. that's a sweat that serves such a ****. much luck finding a decent chippy everywhere, let alone pauls chippy.
