There are too small and dark rooms on the corner without a window. We wanted to change our room but they said the hotel is fully booked. When we rechecked for online booking sites, there were empty rooms .. so they just lied!

Wonderful service and very helpful concierge. Rooms were elegant but not large. Location is not in the middle of the city so it is quieter, but cabs are always readily available. Ruins on the grounds is interesting. Spa is very good.

Marvelous restaurant in the Grand Hotel Parco dei Principi. Nice, dark, cool spot for wonderful Italian food! Classy yet unpretentious, service was very attentive. Drinks were good and strong not watered down. I'll be back. Great place for weary and not so weary travelers. Voir le carte

Posizione eccezionale all'interno del Grand Hotel Spa Parco dei Principi. Elegante, pulito e raffinato. Ottimo servizio con personale altamente professionale. Il cibo eccellente in particolare gli spaghetti rotti al filetto e al tartufo e il coniglio smaltato. Vale la pena provarci.

Though the hotel is advertised as top notch, my experience was far from this: the rooms are small and very noisy, especially if you are given a corner one next to the cleaners' station. I heard noise from 6 am till 11 pm. When asked for another room, the staff at front desk were rather annoyed and rude. I feel unless you are a VIP visitor or Zelensky, they do not care at all. The worst part was the room bathroom: very small and the toilet was full of debris, as if it had not been cleaned for months. Simply disgusting. Definitely would not recommend.

I have to admit I fell for this restaurant when I saw the lovely blue charger plate featuring Pauline Bonaparte of the Borghese Gallery whom I had just visited prior to dinner. While normally I avoid hotel restaurants (and this one was nearly empty) we had a wonderful dinner. Attentive and friendly service, an elegant room, a menu derived from local seasonal offerings, and an extensive wine list. The waiter recommended a fantastic (and very affordable) local Lazio merlot which was a great accompaniment to our meal of lentil soup, pheasant ragout stuffed ravioli, osso bucco, and turbot with curried sauce.
